Since 1986,the former State Education Commission and the State Sports Commission have proposed that high-level sports teams(hereinafter referred to as "high-level sports teams")have achieved remarkable results after more than 30 years of construction and development. However, there are still some problems in the development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities, such as weak construction, unclear construction goals, unbalanced layout, heavy training and light learning, unsound management of sports teams, and lack of norms for enrollment. It has affected the overall efficiency of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the credit system management mode of high-level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and uses the methods of literature, questionnaires, expert interviews and mathematical statistics to manage the credit system of high-level sports teams in 15 colleges and universities in Shandong Province. After the investigation and analysis of the mode implementation, compare the different management methods adopted by the universities, and further analyze the problems existing in the current management mode.On the basis of this, combined with the advanced experience of the universities and colleges in implementing the credit system for high-level sports teams, reference is made to a large number of The related literature has constructed a relatively complete set of credit system management mode for high-level athletes in ordinary colleges and universities. This paper makes a theoretical exploration of the credit system management mode of high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Shandong Province from many aspects. The research results are as follows:(1)At present, the high-level sports teams in Shandong Province basically adopt the credit system management mode, because the actual situation of each university is different, and the management methods are also very different, but there are all kinds of problems, and the most fundamental problems. This is a failure to resolve the conflict between the high-level athletes' cultural studies and sports training.(2)There are two main forms of management for high-level athletes in ordinary universities in Shandong Province. One is the combination of professional courses andsports training, and the other is the mode of centralized management of high-level athletes. Most schools implement the first management model, which is characterized by high-level athletes' credits from cultural achievement credits and sports training credits(composed of training attendance credits and competition scores),and credits based on athletes' performance scores.Or deductions,etc.(3)The problems existing in the credit system management mode of high-level athletes in Shandong Province mainly include the inconsistency between the management system and the specific implementation, the inconsistency between the functional departments, the insufficient theoretical research, the ineffective implementation, the insufficient attention of the school and the lack of science for the coaches.Management methods, etc. In response to these problems,we need to establish a sound credit system management model to form a benign operating environment;schools should formulate practical and feasible sports team management related documents;strengthen coordination among various departments of the school;do a good job in cultural credits and sports training credits.Distribution;develop relevant policies to strengthen the management of coaches and athletes. In this way,the construction of high-level sports teams in ordinary universities in Shandong Province can be strengthened.
