The Outline of Basic Education Reform(Trial)promulgated in 2001 proposed: "changing the situation of over-centralized curriculum management,implementing three-level curriculum management at the national,local and school levels,and enhancing the adaptability of curriculum to local,school and students." At the same time,it is proposed to "actively develop and rationally utilize various course resources inside and outside the school".Folk traditional craft is an indispensable part of China's splendid culture.Its rich forms and rich cultural connotation are our precious wealth.It is an important way to inherit and develop the traditional arts and crafts through the integration of the school's art curriculum and the local folk traditional crafts,and it is also a favorable measure to promote the students 'all-round development.Teachers need to correctly guide students to participate in it,feel the charm of culture,inheritance and communication of folk art.As a folk art with a long history,Gaocheng palace lantern has unique regional humanities characteristics,and it is still developing continuously and becoming an indispensable part of Gaocheng people's life.In the flood of time,its exquisite production skills and beautiful shape have been retained.After generations of improvement,the research and development of craft paper carved palace lamp marks that the development of Gaocheng palace lantern has taken a new step.Taking the teaching of Gaocheng palace lantern in art course as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature,field work and interview to explore the artistic characteristics and cultural connotation of Gaocheng palace lantern.Using the questionnaire survey method to investigate the cognition of Hebei folk traditional crafts,and refine the teaching content of the art curriculum for the Gaocheng Palace lantern resources.According to four different learning fields,set up appreciation and comment course: “Entering Gaocheng Palace Lantern”,modeling and performance course: “Gaocheng palace lantern DIY”,design and application course: “Gaocheng palace lanterns: a new story”,comprehensive and exploration course: “Gaocheng palace lantern hanging high”.Organize students to participate in the exhibition of gaocheng palace lantern works,so that students can have a deep understanding of the gaocheng palace lantern culture,exercise students' practical ability,improve students' aesthetic awareness and aesthetic ability,and cultivate students' innovative awareness and ability to solve practical problems with comprehensive knowledge and skills of various disciplines.Expand students' understanding of the folk traditional crafts in the region,enhance students' sense of identity and pride in the regional culture,and commit to the inheritance and development of the folk traditional crafts in every student.
