Research On The Classroom Incivility Behavior Of Students In Universities And Colleges

In recent years,university teacher have seen more and more incivility behavior such as being late,sleeping,and playing mobile phones in the classroom.Classroom incivility behavior is a destructive act that occurs at an alarming rate in a higher education learning environment.As college students become more diverse,they are not prepared for university-level work,and they also struggle to cope with multiple roles in life,and they are under tremendous pressure to teach in large and public classrooms.As a teacher,not only often assume the role of researchers,but efforts must be made to effectively manage their classrooms.In general,more and more students' incivility behavior puts pressure on teachers in university and college's classroom.If it is not handled quickly and effectively,it will have an adverse impact on the process of teacher teaching and student learning.However,incivility behavior takes many forms,has different causes,and requires different management skills.In some cases,incivility behavior is the result of interaction between teachers and students,which can be improved through communication between teachers and students or by developing some behavioral strategies.The incivility behavior studied in this paper is an offense or disrespect of students' classroom behavior to teachers from the perspective of teachers,emphasizing the etiquette between teachers and students and the psychological feelings of teachers.This paper first reviews the relevant literature on students' incivility behavior in the classroom,and defines the incivility behavior.Secondly,taking xx normal college as an example,collecting data through questionnaires and interviews,and using statistical tools to analyze which belong to students' incivility behavior in the current college classroom and the order of the severity of students' incivility behavior,and then through the interviews with teachers and students and reading the relevant literature to investigate the reasons for the students' incivility behavior,for example,the students' personal quality is not high,the classroom behavior is not perfect,the college does not improve the professional development ofteachers,parents don't create a good atmosphere and so on.Finally,according to the above reasons,it is proposed to improve the students' incivility behavior in colleges and universities,from improving students' personal qualities,perfecting classroom behavior norms,improving class skills and create a good family atmosphere.
