Since the 1950 s,self-regulated learning has become an important research topic in educational psychology.Research shows that both at home and abroad,as a kind o f ability,self-adjustment learning on students' learning plays an important role in the process,carries on the reasonable and scientific self-regulation in the study can not o nly improve academic achievement,but also can cultivate the students' interest in lea rning,develop good study habits and personality characteristics,making it benefit fo r life.In volleyball teaching,how to improve students' sports skill is a very realistic pr oblem.And the acquisition of sports skills,sports level can not be improved without practice.Self-regulated learning is the main form of learning for many athletes.There fore,self-regulated learning is very important in the learning process of motor skills.On the basis of reading a large number of literatures and combining with expert s' Suggestions,this study adopted the existing "self-regulated learning(Chinese versi on)" scale(mslq-cv)to explore the relationship between self-regulated learning and s pecial scores of students in compulsory volleyball courses.Research findings:(1)students of compulsory volleyball course have good self-adjustment learnin g,and the gender difference is not significant;More than 60 percent of the students wi th good grades in special subjects were male or female.(2)there was a moderate corr elation between the students' self-efficacy,intrinsic value,test anxiety,cognitive strat egy and self-learning management of compulsory volleyball courses and their specia l performance.The students with better special performance had higher self-adjustm ent learning level.(3)the cognitive strategy,test anxiety,self-efficacy and intrinsic va lue of the students in compulsory volleyball courses have significant influence on the ir special performance,and self-regulated learning can well predict the students' spec ial performance.(4)to promote extracurricular volleyball training,alleviate examinat ion anxiety,improve self-learning management,enhance self-efficacy,and give full play to the demonstration and leading role of teachers and schools are important measures to promote the special performance of students in volleyball compulsory cours es through self-adjustment learning.In order to improve the volleyball compulsory course students' special grades,b ased on the perspective of self-regulation learning,put forward the following Sugges tions:(1)volleyball compulsory course students need to improve their sense of self-e fficacy,correctly summarize the successful experience;(2)improve self-learning man agement,enhance their own learning awareness and learning autonomy,increase extr acurricular training opportunities;(3)to ease the test anxiety,before the test more co mmunication with people,after the test is good at summarizing;(4)teachers should p lay a positive role in correct guidance,schools should also strive to provide good tea ching and training conditions.
