In recent years,China's social economy has developed rapidly,and people's living standards have been increasing.People are paying more and more attention to the importance of education and training.In view of this,the training industry at home and abroad began to pay attention to the diversified needs of customers,and constantly improve their marketing strategies to meet the various needs of customers.A education and training company,in order to develop a differentiated marketing strategy that is different from other companies in the same industry,is constantly exploring marketing strategies that are consistent with its own actual situation,thereby ensuring the maximum social benefits and economic benefits.Based on STP marketing theory and 4P-4C-4R marketing mix theory,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to comprehensively and deeply analyze the external environment faced by A education and training company and the internal marketing situation of the company,and found A education and training company.In the current fierce competition in the industry,there are problems such as the inability to coordinate marketing mix strategies,the insufficiency of curriculum settings,the lack of differentiated pricing in courses,the lack of rationality in expanding channels,and the lack of effectiveness in marketing.In order to alleviate the difficulties faced by A education and training companies in the marketing process,the paper attempts to analyze and solve the existing problems through relevant marketing theories.First of all,in-depth study and analysis of A education and training company's market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning in the three aspects of marketing in the core issues.Secondly,aiming at the current problems of A education and training company,propose a specific and operational marketing strategy to improve the marketing plan of A education and training company,such as innovative teaching style,increase course types,improve service forms,simplify service process,and The course carries out differentiated pricing,reduces personnel costs,establishes school-enterprise business cooperation channels,selects trainingvenues in multiple dimensions,taps online potential customer groups,offline branding,media marketing maintenance,and develops intelligent platform learning butlers.Finally,according to the improved marketing strategy,the specific implementation plan of A education and training company and the technical protection,financial security and human resources protection are proposed.From the perspective of A education and training company,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company's development based on the actual situation of the current domestic education and training industry,and points out its existing problems.Finally,it gives the marketing strategy suitable for A education and training company to make the company's development ideas.And the overall layout is clearer and clearer.At the same time,I hope that the research content and conclusions of this paper can help more education and training companies to expand the company's scale,enhance the company's efficiency,and contribute to the faster and better development of the education and training industry.
