Dumbbell exercise is a common form of muscle exercise.Under the guidance of professional coaches,individual self-exercise is prone to problems such as irregular exercise movements and unreasonable exercise prescriptions.This paper designs a set of dumbbell health exercise system,collects the parameters of the exerciser's movement process,the action type recognition and the action standard judgment research,and provides the basis for the scientific exercise and the adjustment of the exercise prescription of the personalized dumbbell exercise.The system is an exercise system based on the Internet of Things technology.The system is mainly composed of a motion collection terminal,a server and a client.The JY901 module in the motion collection terminal is responsible for collecting motion data,and the ESP8266 module is responsible for wirelessly transmitting data to the client using WiFi.The client is an Android-based App.The main functions are realtime display of motion trajectories,real-time guidance actions,motion recognition,and number statistics.The server is mainly used to save the exerciser's historical exercise record,analyze it and dynamically adjust the exercise prescription,and transmit the adjusted exercise prescription data to the client through the JSON format.In order to realize the recognition of the dumbbell action,the collected data is subjected to data smoothing,action start point determination and the like.The characteristics of triaxial acceleration,angular velocity and angle in time domain and frequency domain are extracted,and the features are analyzed and filtered.On the traditional SVM algorithm,the decision tree algorithm is combined to construct a multi-layer SVM algorithm for fusion decision tree.Eight kinds of dumbbell movements were identified,and the comprehensive recognition rate reached 96.3%.The healthy exercise guidance program for dumbbells is mainly divided into the guidance of dumbbell movement norms and the dynamic adjustment of dumbbell exercise prescription.For the guidance of the action specification,it mainly guides the three aspects of the completion degree,the speed and the offset of the action.For the dynamic adjustment of dumbbell exercise prescription,the principal component analysis method is used to analyze the evaluation indexes of load,completion degree,qualification degree and power,and the evaluation formula of exercise effect is obtained.Combined with the dynamics of exercise prescription and the principle of increasing training volume,the formula is developed.Adjustment model for dumbbell exercise prescription.The experimental results show that the exercise effect evaluation formula and exercise prescription adjustment model have certain practical value.
