Teacher culture refers to the common value and action that are shared by teachers during the teaching process, which will also influence the teaching activity through the teachers’ thoughts and behavior. The healthy and good teacher culture can play an important role in the reform of the education and professional development of the teachers. Teacher culture not only provides meaning support and identity support for teachers’ work but also creates the ecological environment for teachers’ professional development. Factors that what kind of values and acceptance or others teachers hold, may influence, even determine teachers’ needs, awareness, emotion and dynamic role of the professional development. Teacher cultural with values as the core has a subtle influence on teachers’ professional development. Teachers are the main part of the implementation in curriculum reform. Good teacher culture can contribute to teachers becoming active curriculum reform implementers, researchers and creators. In addition, good teacher culture also plays an irreplaceable role to improve school management and strengthen the construction of teaching team.As the main execution subject of the kindergarten education, the teachers in kindergarten play the same significant role as the ones in other stages of education. But until now, the research on the kindergarten teacher culture is rare and the teachers in the kindergarten seem a group that is neglected by us. What is the real living condition of the teachers in the kindergarten? What are the characters? Those are the main topics of this dessert.This research adopts the special-case study method and we went to the kindergarten to experience the real teacher culture. We tried to explore the teachers’ inner world, have a general understanding of their current condition and present the situation of the teacher culture in the teaching activity through conversation, observation and analyzing. In further, we analyze the character and influence factors of the teacher culture, based on which we give some suggestions on improvements of the teacher culture. There are five main parts in this dessert:The first part is the question. We mainly introduce the background, problems, significance, method and process of this research.The second part is the literature review. We summarize the definition, the theoretical research and the current situation of the teacher culture research.The third is the main body of this dessert, the real condition of the teacher culture in the collective teaching activities is presented.In the fourth part, based on the third part, we summarize the character of the teacher culture and analyze the influence factors.In the last part, some suggestion on how to optimize the teacher culture in the kindergarten is given.
