| With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the amount of educatee keeps expanding,the content of education increases gradually,classroom education rises in response to the proper time and conditions.Classroom teaching is a universal method and a main form of contemporary education.According to the changes of The Times and the demand for talents,people gradually found that the traditional classroom teaching could not fully adapt to individual differences of students,take care of each student’s interests,hobbies and specialties,and at the same time could not fully take care of the learning and development of excellent and poor students,so the teaching model need to be improved."Teach students in accordance of their aptitude" is a teaching concept that was put forward a thousand years ago become the basis for educators to improve their teaching.As our country pays great attention to education,Chinese education models emerge in endlessly,such as three-three-six teaching model,two-seven-one teaching model,divided teaching model,teaching plan teaching model and pair classes teaching model.Most of these teaching models take middle school students as the main object of research,and they are more suitable for efficient classroom teaching.Since the author teaches students in primary school,the models is selected for improvement and research experiment.This article focuses on the difference of classroom teaching and teaching plan teaching to do the comparative research.Starting from classroom teaching in primary school and this article considers some effective classroom teaching methods.According to New Curriculum Standard,the mathematics courses should aim to achieve the development goal of the education stage,which reflects the fundamental,universality and development of education.Mathematics courses in compulsory education stage should be geared to all students and adapt to the needs of the development of students’personality to make:everyone can get good mathematics education,and different people can get different development in mathematics.This article uses abundant data,instances and comprehensive comparison method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the case of guidance in stratified teaching and the feasibility of the implementation in classroom.This article tries to find the best classroom teaching mode to make the students can learn and think independently,learn how to cooperate and tap students’ greater potential.Therefore,education can lay a solid foundation for students’ long-term development of study and life in the future. |
