Practical Study On Social Work Intervention In Psychological Stress Of Patients With Gynecological Malignant Tumors

In recent years,the incidence of gynecological malignant tumors is increasing year by year.The degree of disease deterioration is aggravated,the rate of deterioration is accelerated,and the disease is younger.The pain caused by disease,the lack of reproductive organs after operation,and the decline of physical function will bring heavy psychological pressure to patients with gynecological malignant tumors,and have a significant impact on the lives of patients and even the whole family.Therefore,it is of practical significance and necessity to pay attention to the psychological stress of patients with gynecological malignant tumors and to intervene in the psychological stress of patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Taking the patients with gynecological malignant tumors in hospital C as the object of investigation,this paper investigates and analyses the psychological status of the patients with gynecological malignant tumors by means of scale evaluation and interview.It is found that irrational emotions and lack of social support system are the main reasons for the psychological pressure of the patients.Based on this conclusion,the author uses the emotional ABC theory and social support theory as the theoretical basis to intervene in the psychological stress of patients with gynecological malignant tumors by the method of case work.After diagnosing the problem of the case-holder and analyzing the resources that the case-holder has,we use emotional counseling to help the case-holder establish rational emotions and link social resources to help build social support networks.Multidimensional intervention makes the real difficulties of the case-holder solved and the psychological pressure eased.This paper elaborates the application of case work methods and techniques in the intervention of psychological stress in patients with gynecological malignant tumors,and draws a conclusion that the intervention of social work methods can effectively improve the psychological stress of patients with gynecological malignant tumors according to the effectiveness of case service.Through reflecting on the effectiveness and shortcomings of case service,it is found that patients at different stages have different characteristics,and it is difficult to effectively solve the problems of cancer patients only by using a social work method.Based on this conclusion,this paper explores the practical mode of social work intervention in patients with malignant tumors at different stages,with a view to providing reference for the practice of social work intervention in patients with malignant tumors.
