A Study On The Influence Of Women’s Education Level On Their Income Level In The Salar Nationality

In more than 40 years of reform and opening up,women’s education has made great progress,but in the minority groups,women’s education foundation is still weak,women’s education level is generally low.In the final analysis,the relative lag of minority education is caused by the low educational level of minority women.Studies have shown that the low level of education of women will not only affect the social status and economic income of women,but also directly affect the education of the next generation.According to relevant data,the current education level and income level of Salar women are still at a low stage.The development of Salar women is related to the future and hope of the nation.Improving their education level and income level is not only conducive to the improvement of individual quality and ability of Salar women,but also conducive to the stability and unity of ethnic areas and the development of social civilization.With the implementation of the national "poverty alleviation" work and the "one synchronous,four more" construction goal of Qinghai Province,improving the education level and income level of Salar women has become an important link.Based on the theories of human capital,educational equity,socialization and the scale of government investment in education,this study adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and statistics,and selects 300 Salar women to study the influence of their education level on their income level.According to the statistical yearbook data,whether compared with the national or Qinghai Province or other minority women in Qinghai Province,the education level of Salar women is relatively lagging behind.After further analysis,we find that the education level is the biggest factor among all the factors that affect the income of Salar women,so solving the education problem of Salar women is the foundation to improve their income level.Then combined with questionnaires and interviews,the author found that the reasons for the impact of Salar women ’s education include: regional economic backwardness,complex ideas,early marriage and childbearing constraints,employment difficulties and the replication of poor culture.Through the above research,Combined with relevant theories,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First of all,we should develop the regional economy of ethnic minorities to drive the development of education,Secondly,we should weaken the impact of traditional ideas on women,but also play a positive guiding role of religion,in addition to improve the employment plight of Salar women,and finally to lift the work of women out of poverty from the economic level to the cultural level,and comprehensively promote the progress of education and income level of Salar women.
