Study On The Sharing Of Community Sports Service In Zhengzhou

In recent years,under the background of the public fitness policy advocated by the state,the reform of community sports service in Zhengzhou has also achieved initial results.There are two types of community sports service in Zhengzhou because of the different development time.One is the old community sports service built before 2008,the other is the new community sports service built after 2008.Under the call of the public fitness policy,both the old community and the new community sports services have developed to varying degrees,but the problems of these two types of community sports services are also increasingly exposed.In order to enable the residents of Zhengzhou to enjoy better community sports services,the article,from the perspective of sharing,applies the concept of sharing to the new community sports clothing.It is necessary to conduct research.By using the methods of documentation,investigation,observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a detailed investigation and Study on the community sports service in six districts of Zhengzhou,finds out the problems existing in the current community sports service,and analyses the causes of the problems,and then puts forward the solutions and development countermeasures.Taking the community sports service of Zhengzhou as the research object,two communities were randomly selected from six districts,namely Erqi District,Zhongyuan District,Jinshui District,Guancheng District,Huiji District and Shangjie District.The results show that:(1)There are three problems in the concept of community sports service in Zhengzhou: illegal management organizations violate the concept of public welfare;community sports organization activities do not follow the opinions and suggestions of residents,residents do not have the right to choose independently,contrary to the concept of mass;different regions and communities do not form complementary advantages,resources.Sharing is not conducive to the circulation and service of sports talents and violates the concept of mutual assistance.(2)The structure of community sports service in Zhengzhou varies from community type to community type.The old community sports service is managed by the neighborhood committee,the municipal government allocates funds,the single capital chain and the lack of funds hinder the construction of community sports service;the new community sports service is managed by developers and property,lacking of mature operation mechanism,resulting in the low quality of community sports service.The structure is incomplete.(3)There are four problems in the content of community sports service in Zhengzhou: there is no complete system of community sports organization service,single organization,unreasonable coordination of contradictions between people and land and insufficient service funds;there are unreasonable management of community sports facilities service,and the utilization rate of sports resources is low;there is a lack of professional sports management personnel in community sports service.The quality of service is not high,and the lack of community sports instructors can not bring scientific sports fitness guidance to residents.(4)The policies and regulations promulgated by Zhengzhou Municipal Government on community sports services are too few,and some of them are not implemented in place.Moreover,the government agencies in various regions have not formulated relevant policies and regulations for the development of community sports services in their respective regions.In view of the above problems,the countermeasures are as follows:(1)Changing the traditional development mode of community sports service in Zhengzhou with the concept of sharing as the guide,taking the government as the leading factor,reasonably using the market economic system as the adjustment,and introducing the market-oriented operation mechanism.This can break the limitations of the original community sports service development,enable residents to have the right to choose independently,and strengthen the exchange of sports and fitness activities among residents in different regions.(2)The construction of community sports service sharing in Zhengzhou needs the government to take the lead in building some free sports theme parks to provide exercise places for residents.There is also a need for enterprises or third-party organizations to cooperate with the government to build sports sharing equipment and shared indoor stadiums.Using advanced Internet technology to combine community sports sharing service with Internet can make the sports life of community residents more convenient.(3)In terms of organizational services,we should understand the actual needs of residents in the community as a unit,solicit public opinions and organize sports activities with the surrounding communities so as to achieve the sharing of sports activities among communities;facilities and services need to build different sports sharing facilities according to local conditions,which are open to all residents of Zhengzhou City;and guidance services can enable all communities.District social sports instructors share fitness guidance among communities on the Internet.Then use the Internet to combine the three and build a community sports service sharing platform in Zhengzhou.(4)Zhengzhou's communities have introduced a group of professional social sports instructors to provide professional guidance to community sports services and popularize fitness knowledge.They can also share scientific fitness knowledge and scientific use of fitness allocation methods with residents through network platforms or on-the-spot lectures.(5)In the construction of community sports sharing service in Zhengzhou,attention should be paid to the construction and cultivation of sports talents and the formation of professional management team.(6)On the supervision of sharing facilities.The government should cooperate with enterprises and third-party organizations to establish a security system for residents' information security,and set up supervision and supervision agencies to ensure the safety of residents' use of shared equipment.
