At present,Vocational College Students in underdeveloped areas,due to the lack of new jobs,this unfavorable employment situation has brought them greater psychological pressure.If this kind of pressure is not effectively relieved,it can easily lead to psychological problems,and even develop into serious mental illness.In recent years,the abnormal deaths and injuries of Vocational College Students are on the rise,reflecting from the side that their resilience level is not optimistic.At present,there are few studies on the resilience of Vocational College Students and less social work interventions.In view of the above situation,the author takes the students of Jiujiang Z Vocational College as the research object,takes their resilience as the research content,by means of questionnaire survey,296 students in Z Vocational College were tested for their resistance level.Data statistics and analysis show that their overall resilience is at a medium level,and the mean of internal protection factors is lower than that of external protection factors.Some students are at a low level of resilience.Based on the results of the survey,10 Vocational College Students recruited from the school were intervened body-mind-spirit by using group work method.Through the evaluation,it is found that the empirical study of group work intervention to enhance the resilience of Vocational College Students is effective,the body-mind-spirit strength of group members has been strengthened,and the level of resilience has been improved.In order to enhance the resilience of Vocational College Students more effectively,the author puts forward feasible suggestions from the aspects of constructing the campus culture of resilience,establishing the standards of body-mind-spirit intervention of Vocational College Students,and adopting various ways of social work intervention. |
