Decathlon(China) Foundation Day Sports Event Research On The Status Quo And Its Optimization

This study used the interview method,the participation observation method and the literature data method to study the Decathlon(China)Foundation Day sports activities.The study found that the Decathlon Foundation is a non-public fundraising foundation established within the company.The sponsor must be a company employee.The participants of the activity are usually left-behind children,autistic children,and hearing-impaired children.The process of the activity is roughly divided into one-stage preparatory activity team,identified recipients and partners,and two stages.Determine the activity process,finalize the details of the activity,determine the personnel in place in the third stage,weather conditions,site arrangement,materials,and summary after the event.The content of the activity is determined by the organization team based on past experience.The study found that Decathlon(China)Foundation's daily sports activities mainly have the following problems.First,because the organizers do not know clearly about the objectives of the activities,the content of the selected design activities can not attract the participants well,resulting in poor participation in the event.The problem of low degree;Second,due to the age or comprehension of the participants,the situation of forgetting the activity rules during the activity affects the progress of the activity;the design process of the three activities is missing,the preliminary investigation is lacking,the purpose of the activity is not clear,and the target group is The appeal is not clear;the content design of the four activities is generally lacking in pertinence and development;the participants in the five activities are waiting for a long time,and the cold field and other situations frequently occur.The reason for the above problems is that the physical activity planning process is simple;the sports activity content design lacks basis;the activity execution is unfounded;the activity service blueprint is missing.Based on the existing theory and other mature practices in other fields,this study believes that it is necessary to carry out the sports activities of Decathlon(China)Foundation from four aspects: sports activity service planning,service preparation,service execution and service closing.optimization.And follow the principles of perceptualization,experience,sustainability,and systemization to build a service blueprint for the foundation sports activities.First,determine the service elements from the perspective of the service process,determine the service system according to the system theory method,and represent the service blueprint horizontally.It is the service process,and the vertical representation represents the structure of the service,including the service contact surface,the background support surface and the management interface,as the basis for the activity execution process.Based on the existing research and experience,this study proposes a complete activity planning process,which indicates that the content of the activity should be designed from the perspective of relevance,applicability and development when designing the content of the activity.In view of the targeted characteristics of the activity content,the event registration The stage should add qualifications to ensure consistency of the attributes of the participating people,and use the service blueprint during the service provision phase to allow the service to be based on recommendations.
