Research On The Cultivation Of University Alumni Culture

Alumni culture,which is accompanied by a series of activities such as alumni study and work,is an integral part of the university culture.It is also a microcosm of social culture on the university campus.It includes the alumni's recognition of the spirit of the alma mater,and is a university culture.An embodiment of the inheritance of the spirit.The role of alumni culture in gathering people's hearts,gathering wisdom,and pooling resources is the source of motivation for the establishment of a world-class university with Chinese characteristics.The cultivation of the alumni culture will help the university develop into a world-class university with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the cultivation of university alumni culture.This paper summarizes relevant literatures at home and abroad by exploring the cultivation of alumni culture.According to the organizational culture theory of colleges,the theory of educational culture and the theory of social exchange,the research path of this paper is constructed.Through the empirical research on the case colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the cultivation of alumni culture in colleges and universities,and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the problems.This article consists of four parts,the main content is as follows:The first chapter,the introduction part.Explain the background and research significance of the topic,review the research status at home and abroad,and systematically introduce the theoretical basis of this paper.The theories used in this paper include organizational culture theory,educational culture theory and social exchange theory.After defining the core concept,draw the technical roadmap based on the theoretical basis,and then discuss the research methods and innovations of the article.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of colleges and universities.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,this paper explores the main methods and achievements of current alumni culture cultivation in colleges and universities,and investigates the factors affecting the cultivation of alumni culture in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,and analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation process of alumni culture.It was found that there were mainly alumni's low attention to the alma mater,the neglect of ordinary alumni individuals,the uneven work of the clubs and alumni,and the lack of government departments toguide the construction of alumni culture.The third chapter analyzes the problems in the process of cultivating the alumni culture.Combining educational culture and chemistry analysis,there are mainly reasons such as the lack of subjective awareness and alumni awareness of alumni in school,the lack of rational use of alma mater and alumni resources,the lack of understanding of the alumni's work connotation by college administrators,and the low attention of government departments to the cultivation of alumni culture.The fourth chapter recommendations and countermeasures.In view of the problems in the process of alumni culture cultivation,the author improves the main body and alumni awareness from the students,the alumni and the alma mater to create a new alumni relationship,the university administrators to improve the alumni work system and the government staff to help the alumni culture to cultivate four types of people.Propose corresponding countermeasures.
