In recent years,global warming has become more and more important,a large amount of greenhouse gases caused the climate change,which has already had a huge impact on natural and human systems.The sea level is rising and the seawater has acidized and the global glaciers continue to melt and shrink,and the extreme climate continues to emerge.Except for a greater risk of species extinction,it will also affect human health issues,etc;Rising temperatures will reduce the amount of renewable surface water and groundwater resources in tropical and temperate regions,resulting in water resource scarcity,which will bring about negative influence on food production dramatically.Many countries have taken actions to formulate corresponding countermeasures,although China is a developing country,due to a series of reasons such as population and industrialization,in 2013,China's total carbon emissions accounted for 29%of the world's total,remaining the world's largest carbon emitter,so China needs to undertake great responsibility for emission reduction.However,with the development of the economy,the carbon emissions are still increasing year by year and the rate of decline in carbon intensity has already reached zero.We want to maintain rapid economic growth and the growth rate of carbon emissions total declines and eventually decreases,which is much more difficult.Therefore,it is imperative to study the influential factors of carbon emissions.Only by mastering the factors affecting carbon emissions and their action principles,can we have better countermeasures to handle it.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research,the main content and research methods,and combs the relevant literature,mainly focusing on the calculation of carbon emissions,the factors affecting carbon emissions and the impact of environmental innovation on carbon emissions.Secondly,it estimates the carbon emissions of various provinces,it descriptive analysis of the estimation results shows that the total carbon emission in China is still rising,but the growth rate has slowed down.According to the carbon emissions total and regional GDP,we calculate the intensity of carbon emissions in various places and find that the rate of decline in carbon intensity in various places has slowed down in recent years and has even tended to be zero in some places,it summarizes the current status and the problems of carbon emissions in China.Thirdly,it is to construct an environmental innovation indicator system,and to define variables according to the set of four dimensions indicators combined with relevant economic theories,we select variables and give definitions.Firstly,these indicators are descriptively statistical,and then the mixed data and quantile regression are used to conduct preliminary research on the robustness of the data.Later,combined with static panel models such as minimum robust square estimation,fixed effects,random effects and their robust forms,the robustness of the influential factors is further explored,and the robustness of the data is found to be good.Finally,the carbon emission lag variable is introduced to establish a general model moment estimation of the dynamic model system to analyze the impact of various factors on carbon emissions.According to the model,the economic development level will promote carbon emissions,and the improvement of energy efficiency will have a significant effect on suppressing carbon emissions.The economic contribution of R&D and the strength of R&D personnel have a great impact on the suppression of carbon emissions;the growth of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry in knowledge innovation will greatly enhance carbon emissions,but the coefficient of growth of the secondary industry can clearly be seen from the coefficient.The impact of the innovation is greater than the growth rate of the tertiary industry;the innovation environment takes into account the policy impact,and also considers the impact of the market.The level of investment in curbing pollution belongs to policy impact.From the results,it is the suppression of carbon emissions,while the level of technological innovation causes the effect of suppressing carbon emissions from a market perspective.Finally,the paper gives corresponding suggestions from the three levels of energy structure,technological innovation and industrial structure.
