College students regard friendship as one of the most important gains when they graduate, and peers as one of the most influential groups. The deep memory of University experience for college students is focused on peer interaction, which has become a thought-provoking topic. As one of the important others of College students, peers should have a profound and positive impact on all aspects of the development of College students. However,in the process of peer interaction in reality, peers have different effects on college students in different fields and dimensions. These effects are closely related to college students' intuitive,micro-life experience, psychological maturity, academic environment of local universities and social environment and also reflect the psychology and behavior tendencies of college students formed in the accumulated emotional experience. This paper studies the impact of peers on College Students with grounded theory in qualitative research. The purpose is to generate theory from empirical data, not just to describe and explain research phenomena. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of peers on College students. Why does it have such an impact? The interview method in qualitative research was used to collect data, and 46 undergraduate graduates of X University in 2017 were interviewed to obtain a large number of raw materials.Using situation analysis and generic analysis, the data are summarized and summarized many times, and finally a conclusion is drawn. This study finds that the differentiation of College Students' self-awareness and the supply of educational resources in local colleges and universities make peer influence on college students differentiate into four different areas: the influence of personality development, academic development, interpersonal interaction, and the influence of graduation direction choice. The trial and error of College Students' communication with their peers in four fields results in two processes: peer identification and peer questioning. This psychological process of peer identification and questioning makes peers have different effects on College students.Although peer influence has different effects in different fields, the embeddedness of multiple environments has a guiding effect on the development of College students. The interaction between college students and peers is not only influenced by the micro-environment of interpersonal communication, the campus environment including style of study, academic activities and non-academic activities, but also by the social environment, including the openness of culture and the influence of market economy on self-expression.Under the guidance of multiple environmental roles, college students gradually show similar tendencies in academic development, personality development, interpersonal communication and choice of graduation direction, which are reflected in the tendencies of achievement goal,personalityself-development,practicality and emotional tendencies of interpersonal communication, and dependence on choice of graduation development direction.
