Scope Management Research On Construction Of The "Trinity" Safety Education Platform In A College Chemistry Student Laboratory

Recently,Wandering Earth,a domestic science fiction movie,makes a hit where a line is deeply impressed in our minds.It is "Although there are thousands of roads to choose from,safety is the first thing;and our relatives would be sorrowful if we do not comply with the traffic regulations.",suggesting that security requirement is one of the most important factors that we should take into consideration.Moreover,90%of people agree that safety is our first demand after a safety education.Thus,strengthening the safety education could help people wake up their safety consciousness.Besides,security education becomes the development theme of China today,and a number of laws and regulations about security working were issued after November 2013.The improvement of people's safety was also scheduled in national 13th five-year plan.In addition,the word of "safety" was mentioned 55 times and the concept of safety was also proposed in the"Nineteenth National Congress" report.All the above facts revealed that both the party and the state leaders are deeply aware of the importance and value of security,which inspired government organizations of all levels to implement and practice safety education.Safety education is the key content of school education,and laboratory safety is one of the most important aspects of university campus security.However,as an important educational and teaching place for students and teachers,there are many potential safety hazards in laboratory.Thus,it is an important subject for all participants of teaching to improve the their safety awareness and to achieve the educational goals through effective contents and teaching methods.Guided by the idea of project management and the application of the method and process of project management,we analyzed the current problems in the preliminary work combining with the case of some university construction and implementation for safety education.Furthermore,we want to establish an effective project management methodology.Inspired by the project needs of the safety education construction for chemical students,this paper focuses on the construction project of chemical laboratory safety education and teaching platform and aims to define the scope of the education project and strengthen the scope planning and controls of project implementation.And then a practical and available project is expected to be formed.In addition,a three-in-one chemical laboratory safety education mode of "theoretical learning,laboratory virtual simulation,and practice training like fire drill" is also expected to be established,combining with the traditional experimental safety education and the emerging virtual experiments simulation.Consequently,we believe this work would promote and improve the teachers'and students'safety awareness,and provide a useful reference for the future work as well.Furthermore,it would be beneficial to accelerate teaching reform and improve the quality of safety education.
