As an important role model of children's life,father plays an irreplaceable role in the healthy development of children's gender roles.In this study,268 children aged 4-6 years old and their fathers from a kindergarten in Changan District of Shijiazhuang City were selected as subjects to study the basic situation of the father and the father's participation in parenting.Through the children's gender role questionnaire compiled by Xue Yiling,the gender role tendencies of young children are measured.In the research,the relationship between father's participation in parenting and the development of children's gender roles is further explored,and the targeted promotion of father's participation in parenting and child gender role development is explored.Strategy and draw the following conclusions:1.The overall condition of father's participation in education is good,but the level of life care dimension in the dimensions of father's participation in education has yet to be improved.2.Father's participation in parenting has no significant difference in the child's gender and whether it is in the single-child family.However,the father's different education level will affect the level of father's participation in education,and the higher the education level,the more the average value of the father's participation in parenting.3.In 4-6 years old children,masculine,feminine,androgynous and undifferentiated,these four gender-oriented individuals all exist,the distribution is fairly uniform,and most children's gender orientation are in accord with their own gender.4.M scores and F scores of children with different genders showed significant differences,and the average score of boys' M scores was significantly higher than the mean score of girls' M scores.The average score of girls' F scores was significantly higher than that of boys.The overall trend of gender roles development of 4 to 6-year-old children is consistent with their gender.Whether child is from the single-child family or not has a significant difference in the level of boys' feminine traits,and the feminine traits of boys in non-only-child families are higher than those in single-child families.5.The father's participation in the education dimension of life care and regular education can predict the level of boys' masculinity to a certain extent;life care and spatial accessibility dimensions have a significant impact on the feminine trait level of boys.The father's participation in the childcare dimension of life care and academic support can predict the degree of the girl's masculinity to a certain extent;the parental input level of the father's life care will significantly affect the degree of the girl's feminization.
