The topic-based teaching is proposed as a highlight in the 2017 edition of the standard of high school ideological and political courses.It is a new highlight of the reform of basic education curriculum in China under the guidance of the idea of “strengthen moral education and cultivate people” in the 19 th National Congress,emphasizing the training of students.The core literacy is the basic orientation,and the transformation of the teacher's traditional teaching concept has transformed the ideological and political curriculum into a major teaching practice of the activity-based curriculum.It emphasizes the student's subject status,based on the student's actual life,and advocates the ability of students to develop independent learning,independent inquiry and thinking development,and internalize the theoretical knowledge points in the textbook into their own ideological values.The topic-based teaching is conducive to the long-term development of students is an important channel to cultivate students' core literacy and promote students' all-round development.Throughout the domestic and international research on the teaching of ideological and political issues,it is found that few scholars have applied problems and applications in topic-based teaching.research.Therefore,in the high school stage,ideological and political teachers and students should pay attention to the theoretical and practical value of topic-based teaching,and promote the effective application of topic-based teaching in the classroom.In addition to the introduction,this study consists of three main parts.The first part is an overview of the relevant content of the topical teaching of ideological and political courses.It mainly introduces the connotation theory foundation of topic-based teaching and the characteristics of topic-based teaching.The topic teaching is to focus on the controversial topic,to carry out classroom activities,and students to construct their own knowledge system through independent learning.Explain the importance of topic-based teaching in the teaching of ideological and political courses,and demonstrate the unique teaching characteristics of the topic teaching from five aspects: the extensive participation of teaching,the diversity of teaching forms,and the timeliness of the teaching process.The openness of the teaching environment,the orientation of the teaching objectives,and the nature of the activity-based curriculum for the topic teaching.The second part is the influencing factors of the implementation of topical teaching in ideological and political courses.This part uses the questionnaire survey method to explain the current factors affecting the teaching of the topic from the perspectives of teachers,students and issue creation.Through the analysis of the questions in the questionnaire,the teachers and students are more clearly and truthfully aware of the issues.The views and viewpoints clarify the problems existing in the current topical style in the teacher: a teacher's lack of understanding of the theoretical understanding is insufficient;second,the teacher's own teaching style affects the development of the topical teaching;the third teacher's topical teaching concept has not yet Established,teaching literacy needs to be improved.The problem with the student subject is that the students' ability to explore and solve problems is relatively low,and the activity discussion link cannot self-regulate itself.And there are still problems in the appropriateness of the selection of issues and the creation of issues.The third part is the effective countermeasures for the implementation of topic-based teaching in ideological and political teaching.Combined with the second part to investigate the influencing factors of the topical teaching application,the theory is linked with the reality,and the evaluation of teachers,students,topic selection,topic situation creation and topic evaluation is combined,and the actual ideological and political classroom is combined.Teaching cases,starting from changing teachers' teaching concepts,enhancing students' awareness and ability to participate in topic teaching,and selecting appropriate topics,analyzing how to apply topical teaching in ideological and political courses,establishing students' subject status,creating real problem situations;adopting pluralism Evaluation methods;improve the organizational control ability of student topic activities,and ensure the effective implementation of topic-based teaching.
