Analysis On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu In Beijing Fight Club

It's only been 20 years since MMA was first introduced as a formal sport,but it's become a sport that has taken the world by storm.Royce Gracie won the first ufc championship in 1993 with Brazilian jiu-jitsu.It makes Brazilian jiu-jitsu go to the world,and has been recognized by martial arts lovers all over the world in a short period of more than ten years.It plays an extremely important role in the current world martial arts cultural system.Today,Brazilian jiu-jitsu can be seen in all kinds of combat competitions,fitness clubs or training courses of the military and police forces.Beijing is the first city in China to contact and introduce Brazilian jiu-jitsu.By studying the development status of BJJ in Beijing,we can intuitively understand the latest development of BJJ in China.This paper USES literature method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation method,interview method,mathematical statistics research methods,such as in Beijing launched a campaign to Brazilian jujutsu six good clubs and jujitsu events and jujitsu committee for on-the-spot investigation and interview,mainly from the venues,students,coach,training,competition,management is analyzed.To find out the existing problems: at present,the audience of BJJ is mainly concentrated on young men,women and children;The level of domestic coaches is relatively low,mainly from abroad to hire professional coaches,coaches are unstable;Local competitions are insufficient to meet the needs of students;Lack of communication and cooperation between venues.In view of the current situation of these studies,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed:1.Improve the management level of managers,learn from the successful experience of other venues,enrich marketing methods,and use Internet + for better publicity in combination with current hot events.2.Train national coaches and improve their professional and professional qualities;Sign long-term contracts with foreign coaches to ensure their long-term stability and improve their Chinese expression ability.3.Give full play to the management function of jujitsu committee,strengthen the exchange and cooperation between venues,hold competitions and expand the influence.
