the age span are large.They feel happy when take part in this sport.As the capital of China,Beijing has a leading position in the development of sports and industry.In various sports fitness programs,table tennis is increasingly popular.Table tennis develops the new demands of participants continuously.Various types of table tennis clubs and training institutions have emerged,and the number of table tennis coaches and personal trainers is also growing.The overall level of private coaches has a great influence on the evolution of table tennis and the cultivation of reserve forces.Currently the research mainly focuses on the capability and quality of professional,coach public service in the club was involved in the study but not in detail.The research topic is to investigate and study the current occupational survival state of Beijing table tennis club private coaches,in order to provide scientific reference for future healthy development of this industry.With follows:1.The gender ratio of private coaches in Beijing table tennis club is quite different,the ratio of male is more than that of female.Besides,the main age range is 20-30 years old,educational level is high.The number of retired athletes from national team and provincial professional team is smaller.Their ability is uneven and the number of years of employment is short.2.The amount of Beijing table tennis club private coach's form of full-time coaches is less than that of part time coaches.Some private coaches work in sports companies,education and training institutions,schools or independent students at the same time.3.The private coaches of Beijing table tennis club have a large gap in monthly salary and multilevel differentiation.The are no a scientific salary system and a private table tennis coach evaluation system.The profession purpose of private coaches in table tennis clubs is mainly the salary and interest.4.There is large demand of Beijing table tennis club private coaches continue to educate and participate in training,but Beijing and even our country at present,table tennis coaches continue to have fewer educational opportunities,training classes are less frequent,and in short supply.The qualification certification of Beijing table tennis private coaches and the supervision of private coaches in table tennis have not been established.5.Beijing city table tennis club personal trainer is not high on the whole experience of the occupation satisfaction,higher satisfaction in time and intensity of working environment and conditions,work,job
