The higher vocational education accounts for more than half of the higher education,whether from the number of higher vocational colleges or from the number of students studying.However,the actual situation in front of us is the accounting profession in Vocational Colleges lack of school characteristics in the process of popularization of higher education,mainly in the process of teaching quality is not high,backward mode of the training,lagging behind the construction of teaching condition,in the process of teaching management on classroom teaching practice teaching construction of contempt.Because of the above reasons,the healthy development of accounting major in higher vocational colleges has encountered a lot of difficulties.There are no effective measures for how to do higher vocational education and how to form the teaching characteristics of higher vocational accounting.Therefore,the study of the teaching management of accounting major in higher vocational colleges can effectively ensure the development of Higher Vocational Colleges on the road of health.This paper takes Xuanhua science and technology of accounting major of Career Academy as the research object,using literature method,survey method,interview method of teaching management of Higher Vocational Accounting Specialty problems and analyze the reasons,and to seek solutions to the problems,in order to provide reference for the professional accounting teaching in Higher Vocational colleges.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.It mainly includes the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,the literature review of relevant research,the research ideas,the research contents and research methods,etc.The second part is the theoretical exposition of teaching management of accounting major in higher vocational colleges.It mainly includes the principles of teaching management of accounting major in higher vocational colleges,the characteristics of teaching management of accounting major in higher vocational colleges and the necessity of teaching management of accounting major in higher vocational colleges.The third part analyzes the current situation of accounting teaching management inXuanhua Vocational College of Science and Technology.In this part,teachers and students of accounting major in Xuanhua Vocational College of Science and Technology are taken as the investigation objects.Firstly,the current situation of teaching management is expounded.Through investigation and interview,the existing problems in current teaching management are analyzed,mainly including six aspects.First,the management concept is backward.Second,the curriculum is not reasonable.Third,the teaching mode is outdated.Fourth,the evaluation system of teaching quality is not perfect.Fifth,teachers' ability level is mixed.Sixth,school-enterprise cooperation is not deep enough.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures of the reform of accounting teaching management system and mechanism in higher vocational colleges.The specific contents include: first,to update the teaching management concept;Second is to optimize the curriculum system construction;The third is to implement modern management methods;Fourth is to reform the teaching quality evaluation system of accounting major in higher vocational colleges;Fifthly,strengthen the training of teaching management team;The sixth is to pay attention to the construction of school-enterprise cooperation.Part v,conclusion.
