Curriculum resources is a key concept put forward by the curriculum reform of basic education in China.The efficient use of resources is one of the important factors to improve teaching efficiency and quality.The author takes the group of teachers at the beginning of vocational school as the research object,and finds that there are many problems in the actual teaching process,so the research topic is determined.Through theoretical research and empirical research,we hope to further understand the current situation of teachers' resource utilization on the basis of in-depth and detailed results analysis,analyze the problems based on existing research results,and provide some help for Junior Teachers in the critical period of professional growth in the use of curriculum resources.In this study,literature review method was used to review the current situation of curriculum resources utilization of vocational junior middle school teachers at home and abroad,which laid a theoretical foundation for the research.Questionnaire survey method was used to expand the scope of the survey.The subjects were music junior middle school teachers in Shanghai,involving 16 districts in Shanghai,and 100 valid questionnaires were collected.Then,through statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,the focus was laid on.Teachers' perception and application of resources at the beginning of dismissal are introduced.Classroom observation method is used to collect cases of resource utilization in classroom teaching.Eleven teachers in five districts of Shanghai are selected by random sampling method.A total of 30 classes are observed and some teachers are exchanged with each other briefly after class,due to the limitation of time and personal ability.In the system,the author only takes the use of teachers' generative resources in textbooks,media and classroom as the focus of observation,summarizes and analyses the present situation of the use of teachers' resources in junior vocational schools,and presents it in the paper through educational narrative method to provide empirical support for the research.According to the results of the survey,the author draws the following conclusions: 1.Junior teachers lack a complete understanding of curriculum resources and rational and effective use of awareness;2.Junior teachers in textbooks,media,classroom generation and other three types of resources still have a lot of room for improvement;3.3.Educational functional departments need to pay more attention to and guide the use of curriculum resources of junior teachers,and then from teachers themselves and the Ministry of Educational Functions.Suggestions are put forward from both sides of the door.
