The introduction of new lessons is the primary part of classroom teaching.Effective introduction of new lessons can stimulate students' interest in learning and serve the goals of teaching.This study takes the topic of “Introduction to the Status Quo of the Introduction of New Courses for Primary School Chinese New Teachers” and conducts research on the new-school teachers in primary schools.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is a general overview of the introduction of new lessons for primary school Chinese teachers.It is carried out from four aspects: the reason of the choice of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review,the research ideas and the research methods.Understand the research status of the new curriculum introduction of the novice teachers in primary schools,and establish the research content,research purposes,research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical basis.In this chapter,we first define the three keywords of “classroom introduction”,“new class introduction” and “newbie teacher”,which clarify the meaning in this study,and then from education,psychology and teachers.The three aspects of professional development point out the theoretical basis for the introduction of new lessons in primary school Chinese.The third chapter is the investigation of the status quo of the introduction of new courses and the analysis of the results.In this chapter,six novice teachers are used as the survey object,and the two methods of classroom observation and interview are used for investigation.The author designs a suitable method based on Bo Haiying's classroom introduction observation scale.The observation scale of this study was implemented and observed.Combined with the observation results,the interview outline was designed,and the interviews and interview results of the six teachers were analyzed.The fourth chapter combines the results of classroom observation and interviews to draw the characteristics and existing problems of novice teachers in the introduction of new courses and conduct attribution analysis.Novice teachers have three characteristics and four problems in the introduction of the new course.The three characteristics are to emphasize the students' interest in learning,to introduce new classes to stimulate interest,and to emphasize the participation of students in the new course,emphasizing the subjectivity of students.The four questions are unilateral for the introduction of the new course,the unreasonable time for the introduction of the new course,the single introduction method for the new course,and the poor effect after the introduction of the new course.According to the above-mentioned problems and causes analysis,the fifth chapter puts forward the optimization suggestions for the introduction of the new curriculum for the novice teachers in primary schools,from strengthening the relevant knowledge introduced in the new course,improving the classroom teaching ability of the novice teachers,and comprehensively grasping the introduction of the new curriculum.The design factors,accumulation and the teaching experience related to the introduction of the new course are started.The introduction of the new course is introduced reasonably and effectively,and the role of the introduction of the new course is maximized.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this study.According to the survey results of the new curriculum introduction of the novice teachers in primary schools,the characteristics of the new curriculum introduction of the novice teachers in primary schools are summarized.Among them,the most prominent feature is to put the interest of students in the first place.This is the difference between this research and other studies;Due to the limited research level and experience of the author,there are some shortcomings in the sample selection and the representativeness of the results.
