The teaching effectiveness of middle school physical education teachers refers to the ability and belief of the physical education teachers in junior middle school or senior middle school to achieve certain teaching effects by implementing the physical education classroom teaching process and evaluation with the help of corresponding organization management and teaching strategies and methods based on the teaching content and their own teaching ability.This research mainly from the teaching ability,teaching content,organization and management,strategies,methods and students’ study effect,six aspects of teaching evaluation,investigation of Harbin city middle school physical education teachers teaching effectiveness,the purpose is to improve the level of middle school physical education teachers teaching,improving the quality of the cultivation of the students,promote the comprehensive development of the teachers’ and students’ all-round development.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.This paper systematically sorts out and evaluates the research results related to teaching effectiveness at home and abroad,sorts out the basic theories of physical education teachers’ teaching effectiveness,and seeks to enrich and improve the relevant theoretical system of physical education teachers’ teaching effectiveness.Based on the investigation of the basic situation of PE teachers in Harbin middle schools,this paper analyzes the current situation of their teaching effectiveness and its influencing factors,and according to the investigation results,puts forward reasonable Suggestions from two aspects of theory and practice,as well as from three levels of society,school and teachers.Main conclusions of this paper:1.The basic status of PE teachers in Harbin middle schools: male teachers are the main force,with uniform distribution in terms of age and teaching age.Teachers aged between 31 and 40 are the majority,and teachers aged between 8 and 14 years are the majority.PE teachers with bachelor’s degree are the main force.In terms of professional titles,intermediate titles are the majority;The type of school to teach,mainly in general.The teaching efficiency of PE teachers in Harbin middle school is good.Among them,the average value of organizational management index is the highest,while the average value of learning effect index is the lowest.2.Teaching age,teaching school type,gender and educational background are important factors affecting the teaching efficiency of physical education teachers in Harbin middle schools.The teaching effectiveness of PE teachers in Harbin middle schools is significantly different from the teaching age and teaching type.The teaching efficiency of physical education teachers of appropriate teaching age is obviously higher than that of new teachers and old teachers.The physical education teachers who teach in the key schools in the city have the strongest teaching efficiency,which is higher than the provincial key schools and significantly higher than the ordinary schools.The teaching effectiveness of PE teachers in Harbin middle schools is different in gender indication,that is,the teaching effectiveness of male PE teachers is generally higher than that of female PE teachers.The teaching efficiency of PE teachers with bachelor degree is higher than that of postgraduates.Nothing else.3.To construct strategies for improving physical education teachers’ teaching effectiveness: to guide students’ ideas and update their own educational concepts in a timely manner;Lay a solid foundation to enhance the depth of teachers’ teaching quality;Overall optimization,to create a good physical education environment.
