With the increasing of WeChat users,the social interaction on WeChat Moments platform has attracted the attention of many researchers.However,in the past academic research on WeChat or WeChat Moments,the author finds that there is a lack of the analysis of gender differences in WeChat Moments from the perspective of gender.As an important theory in the study of feminism,the gender theory can provide a new perspective for us to study women better.Taking this as a starting point,the author tries to study the gender differences in the use of moments,providing a reasonable analysis of women's use of moments attitude and behavior.From the perspective of gender theory,we insisted on problem-oriented,and selected 400 WeChat friends who were born between 1950 and 2000 by random sampling and snowballing method as user samples.When selecting the respondents,many kinds of social attributes,such as age,sex,education level and so on,are controlled to ensure the sample structure is consistent with the user structure of moments,ensuring the scientific nature of the survey results.Using the attitude and behavior of women's WeChat Moments users as the key research content of this article,through the questionnaire survey,combined with in-depth interview and non-participatory observation method,try to use the basic functions of WeChat users,which is published in WeChat Moments,moments browsing,moments interactive attitude and behavior for in-depth analysis.The data obtained from the survey were statistically analyzed by SPSS software,including chi-square cross-analysis,correlation analysis,multiple response cross-analysis,logistic multi-classification regression analysis,frequency statistical analysis,the relationship between the questionnaire and gender is analyzed.Through the statistical processing of the questionnaire data,it is concluded that the following 21 questions of women's attitudes and behaviors using moments show significant differences from those of men:First,Using of basic functions 1.The purpose of using WeChat Moments;2.WeChat Moments is more suitable for you;3.The average daily use of moments 4.Refresh the degree of moments;5.The degree of dependence on WeChat Moments;Second,Posting the WeChat Moments:6.Analysis of the difference in the pur:pose of the release;7.The difference in the number of releases;8.Released the theme of WeChat Moments;9.Whether to publish certain statuses due to social roles;10.Whether to publish moments when work,study or life is successful;11.When posting moments or comments,will you carefully consider the language,pictures and expressions?12.Whether you have used the group visibility function of moments when publishing moments?13.Whether to use WeChat Moments location function when publishing moments?Third,Browsing the WeChat Moments:14.Follow the WeChat business,purchase the latest product or the Gender difference of the discount information;15.Like to focus on the types of content posted by friends in moments;16.Types of content that do not like in moments.Fourth,Interaction in WeChat Moments:17.Set the attitude of"only three days visible"to friends in moments;18.Whether to join a common friend in friends'moments and give the message below?19.What kind of moments are liked and commented by friends are on a higher point?20.The attitude of seeking thumbs up,votes for friends in moments;21.The opinion on the phenomenon that women are engaged in WeChat business.Based on the analysis of data statistics,it is concluded that women show the following five aspects in the process of using moments:First,the interweaving of the public space and private-social security problem;Second,the weak consciousness of women's political participation;Third,Women's self-perception is lost;Fourth,the power relationship behind the consumption culture in moments;Fifth,the weak position of women in leisure.Through the use of WeChat Moments,the author explores the deep-seated reasons of these problems from three aspects:politics,economy and culture.In view of the problems discovered by the author in the research process of this thesis,the following five suggestions are provided for the future development of women:First,improve the protection of women's rights and interests in legislation;Second,improve gender considerations in political participation;Third,promote the awakening of women's"subject consciousness";Fourth,build an equal gender culture;Fifth,expand women's leisure style.From the perspective of gender theory,this paper studies the WeChat Moments,which further enriches the research content of this theory in daily life,in order to help people to treat gender differences more rationally.
