Under the background of the rapid development of 3D printing technology and the new curriculum reform,the combination of 3D printing technology and education is the general trend.However,there is little research on the application of 3D printing technology in the middle school physics self-made teaching aids at home and abroad.This paper introduces the basic situation and research status of the application of the middle school physics self-made teaching aids and the 3D printing technology in middle school physics education and other fields.Discusses the theoretical value and practical significance of the application of 3D printing technology to the middle school physics self-made teaching aids.Then it investigates the basic situation of middle school physics education from the aspects of experiment teaching,self-made teaching aids,3D printing technology and so on.Some problems have been found,the conditions of experimental equipment are not perfect and there are great differences between schools.Teachers and students attach great importance to the positive effects of the self-made teaching aids,but their practical application is limited,students are willing to participate in the experiments and the design and production of self-made teaching aids without actually doing it.Students and teachers understand the basic situation of 3D printing technology and they are interested but limited.On the basis of this,the paper probes into the application methods and advantages of 3D printing technology in the middle school self-made teaching aids.It is trying to apply this technology to the middle school physics self-made teaching aids,and to explore 3D printing technology to make up for the traditional technology of self-made teaching aids,the following middle school physics teaching aids are designed and produced using 3D printing technoligy:Water Lens Visual Correction Teaching Aids,Thin Plate Gravity Search and Verification Teaching Aids,Transmission and Rotation Combination Teaching Aids,Centripetal Force Demonstration Experiment Teaching Aids,Self-made Roller-pendulum Teaching Aids,Self-made Periscope Teaching Aids,Galileo’s Inclined Surface Experimental Simulation Teaching Aids,and Combination Teaching Aids to Explore the Reflection Law of Light and the Law of Refraction.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the practical application of the middle school physics self-made teaching aids based on 3D printing technology.It is believed that 3D printing technology has a great advantage in the design and production of middle school physics,and there is plenty of space for research and development.In addition to the middle school physics classroom demonstration experiment,there are many applications such as project teaching,classroom flipping,creationist space,school-based curriculum development,etc.
