Social work professional internship is an important part of social work students'learning content.In professional internship,social work students can further link theoretical knowledge with the actual work of social work,exercise professional skills and enrich professional knowledge.In professional internships,both social work graduates and undergraduates need social work supervision.In the current social work internship,the main subjects of supervision are school teacher supervision and institutional social workers'supervision,and more individual case supervision and group supervision are used to provide students with administrative,educational and supportive supervision.The peer-to-peer supervision method is currently almost zero in social work internships and research,ignoring the strong potential and strength of the student group itself.This study is a qualitative study on the application of peer-to-peer supervision methods in social work internships.In-depth interviews are conducted through students of S-scholars who apply peer-to-peer supervision methods(selecting students who have played different roles in peer-to-peer supervision),collecting information and combing and analyzing,Through the use of social support theory,in-depth study of the value basis,form,process,content,effect,characteristics and existing problems of peer-to-peer supervision methods applied in social work internship supervision.The study found that the use of peer-to-peer supervision methods can enhance students'enthusiasm for social work,study and exploration,enhance students'concern about the development prospects of social work profession in China,and play a supporting supervision role among students,with teacher supervision and institutions.The roles played by the supervisors complement each other;they can strengthen the connection between students and students,between students and teachers,and improve cohesiveness;they can discover problems and expand topics,and have the characteristics of wide topics,relaxed atmosphere,and continuous supervision.At the same time,in the research,the author found that there are some problems in the use of peer-to-peer supervision methods,mainly in the following points:on some topics,students are too active,for example,in the discussion of problems found in internships,on certain social phenomena in the discussion;there are also problems that are "not active enough"and difficult to organize spontaneously;the conclusions are not deep enough,and the links with social work are not close enough;the theoretical application is poor and the problems cannot be solved in time.Finally,in response to the problems and dilemmas of peer-to-peer supervision in the application of social work internship supervision,suggestions are made from the student group itself,the use of precautionary methods,social work education and other aspects.The main suggestions are:focus on the study of theoretical knowledge,expand the scope of learning;strengthen communication with teacher supervision and institutional supervision,and ask more opinions;college social work education pays more attention to stimulating students' spirit of learning and exploring,and advancing with the times Integration,the introduction of cutting-edge academic achievements and ideas,and so on.
