Teachers introduce Social science issue into teaching is called Social science teaching,referred to as "SSI teaching".In high school biology teaching introduced in the open,the moral dilemma,poor structural issues of teaching,to this kind of problem to students in the process of teaching,reasoning and argument,to be able to have a clear knowledge of scientific knowledge,through the way of the teaching provides students with a practice situation.In other words,teachers can use SSI in life to guide students to present their own views,and try to provide evidence consistent with their views to support their own views,prove their own views or refute others' views.Therefore,the introduction of SSI teaching in high school biology class aims to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of middle school students,cultivate high-quality middle school students,and lay a foundation for the country to cultivate citizens with a sense of social responsibility and high-quality talents.A high school in Yichun City,Jiangxi Province as the research object of this study,using literature study,questionnaire,interview method,the education experiment method and other research methods,social scientific issues in the high school biology teaching education makes a deep exploration and summary issues and will develop the design of " HIV gene editing baby" issues in the high school education,to use paper and pencil tests and interviews to the teaching effect evaluation.SSI teaching research results show that the school teachers don't know SSI teaching,schools,teachers and students for SSI failure to appreciate the importance of education generally most teachers recognize the importance of curriculum standard and the current biology textbooks for high schools are contained in the content of the SSI,is willing to accept SSI teaching students,but because of not enough support of school,teachers' lack of operation of power and lack of SSI education professional ability,at present,the high school biology teaching in the implementation of the SSI education situation is not ideal.After SSI teaching practice,the experimental class students than that in comparative classes,the cognition of "gene editing" more comprehensive,80% of the students in experimental class has fully realized that science and technology is a double-edged sword,said should reasonable use of science and technology to benefit the human society,the rationality of the application of science and technology have amore clear understanding of the students for the advantages and disadvantages of "gene editing" can be found to express their views,demonstration ability also has the obvious improvement.This shows that the introduction of social science teaching in biology teaching in senior high school plays an important role in understanding the rationality of the application of science and technology and improving students' argumentation ability,which lays a good foundation for cultivating the biology subject quality of high school students in the new era.
