This study takes a junior high school student in Nanning as the research object,investigates the present situation of interpersonal adaptation,and analyzes the difference in demographic variables.On this basis,according to the theory of interpersonal adaptation and the characteristics of the middle school students,the author designs the counseling scheme of interpersonal adaptation for the students in the first year of junior high school,and tests the effect of the scheme.On the basis of empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on how to improve the interpersonal adaptation level of junior high school students.239 students were investigated with the Social adaptation scale for Middle School students and the Comprehensive interpersonal relationship Diagnostic scale.According to the results of the survey,25 students were randomly selected as counseling programs for interpersonal adaptation.As the experimental group,the students with interpersonal maladjustment were trained for about 3 months and followed up at the same time.The results show that:(1)the level of interpersonal adaptation of junior high school students is at a moderate level.(2)there are significant differences in gender,family structure,student cadre and only child in the interpersonal adaptation level of the students in the first grade of junior high school.(3)the group counseling intervention used in this study has a significant effect on the interpersonal adaptation level of the students in the first year of junior high school,that is to say,group-assisted training can significantly improve the interpersonal adaptation level of the students in the first grade of junior high school.(4)to intervene the interpersonal adaptation of the students in the first grade of junior high school can continuously promote their interpersonal communication ability.
