ObjectivesThis study systematically analyzes the differences in demographic variables in learning burnout by understanding the current situation of undergraduates' study burnout in Guangxi Medical University,and analyzes the relationship between emotional intelligence,learning strategies and learning burnout,and the influence patterns,constructing influencing factors and learning.The model of the relationship between burnout and burnout has attempted to solve the problem of learning burnout among medical students.It provides a scientific basis for improving the quality of undergraduate students in Guangxi Medical College and improving the general medical education system in Guangxi.Methods1 Using the literature research method,we summarize the existing domestic and foreign literature data,determine the influencing factors and related concepts of learning burnout,and provide reference for the preparation of the questionnaire.2 Using the "Guangxi University Students' Learning Situation Survey Questionnaire",a questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate medical students of Guangxi Medical University and Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities.A total of 2,500 questionnaires were distributed.3 Using Epidata3.1 to double-entry the data collected from the questionnaire,using SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data.Results1 The phenomenon of learning burnout exists in undergraduate students of medical colleges in Guangxi,46.65% of undergraduates in medical colleges have serious learning burnout;among all dimensions of learning burnout,the average of behavioral disharmony is 2.98±0.57.2 There is a significant difference in the total learning burnout among undergraduates of Guangxi Medical University in terms of gender,grade,learning achievement,parental rearing style and maternal parenting style(P<0.001).Family income level,personal monthly living expenses were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The higher the emotional intelligence of undergraduates in Guangxi medical colleges,the lower the learning burnout,and the negative correlation(r =-0.239,);the better the learning strategies,the lower the learning burnout,and the negative correlation(r =-0.363,P< 0.001).4 Emotional intelligence total score,self-emotion management,and emotional perception were effective predictors of total learning burnout.The joint explanatory power of predictive variables was 7.2%.Learning strategy scores,metacognitive strategies,cognitive strategies,and innovation strategies were learning.The predictive variable of effective burnout total score,joint explanatory power of predictive variables is 15.6%5 Learning strategies play an intermediary role in learning burnout and emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence affects learning burnout through learning strategies.ConclusionsBy analyzing the current situation of undergraduates' study burnout in Guangxi Medical University and Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities,it is found that college students in Guangxi Medical University have more serious learning burnout,and demographic variables such as gender and grade have significant differences in learning burnout.Negative correlation with learning burnout,learning strategies and learning burnout are negatively correlated,and emotional intelligence,learning strategies can predict learning burnout,learning strategies play a mediating role in learning burnout and emotional intelligence.According to the results of the study,we propose targeted countermeasures to alleviate learning burnout: 1 Pay attention to the "three dimensions" of undergraduates' study burnout;2 Promote the construction of all-environment education in colleges and universities,and strengthen the ideological and political education of medical students;3 Under the perspective of collaboration between doctors and teachers Medical students reform the model of personnel training;4 strengthen career planning education,stimulate students' interest in learning;5 strengthen the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship;6 strengthen publicity and education,improve students' understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship;7 create a harmonious,warm family environment.
