Spiking is the key of teaching content of volleyball general course,Students have high interest in learning,but it is difficult to learn.Through learning,students can master the main basic skills and apply them in matches,laying a foundation for future volleyball teaching and amateur volleyball training.With the increasing penetration rate of the Internet and the proposal of the national strategy "Internet +",the integration of "Internet +" with various traditional industries promotes the optimization and upgrading of various industries.Similarly,"Internet +" also has a huge impact on the education industry.This paper starts from the construction of the theoretical teaching model of "Internet +" volleyball spike technology,and applies it to the learning of spike technology in volleyball general courses for experimental research.This study adopts the method of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to conduct an experimental study on the "Internet +" volleyball spike teaching mode constructed in the general course of college volleyball.Class 7 and class 8 of 2017 grade basketball in education college of ** university are selected as the experimental objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the special quality of the two classes and the standard and technical evaluation of spike technique.Then the teaching experiment was carried out.The learning of spike technology in the experimental class was conducted in the "Internet +" spike technology teaching mode,and the learning of spike technology in the control class was conducted in the traditional physical education teaching mode.At the end of the experiment,the theoretical knowledge of spiking,the standard of spiking and the technical evaluation of the students in the two classes were tested,and the learning status of the students inthe experimental class and their satisfaction with the teaching model were investigated.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Under the background of "Internet +",the "Internet +" spike technology teaching mode of volleyball general course is constructed,and the spike technology learning platform is established by virtue of multimedia information technology,network spike learning resources and computer-aided tools,which is operable and effective.2.The application of Internet + volleyball spiking technology teaching mode in spiking teaching can actively mobilize students' enthusiasm and interest in classroom learning,and improve students' ability of explanation and demonstration and independent learning.3.The making of spiking technology learning platform enriches the teaching content of spiking technology and expands the learning channels for students,which can effectively promote the learning of spiking technology in class.4.The "Internet +" volleyball spiking technology teaching mode is applied in the spiking teaching.Through the closed-book test,the test results of students in the experimental class on the basic theoretical knowledge of spiking technology are better than those in the control class,which is helpful to improve the level of students' basic theoretical knowledge of spiking.5.The application of the Internet + volleyball spiking technology teaching mode in spiking teaching.The spiking test of students in the experimental class is up to standard,and the standard and correctness of the movement is better than that of the control class,which is helpful to improve the spiking effect of students.
