| In the"primary school",Zhu Xi put forward"study and wisdom,change and heart",which is a learning rule,learning principle and learning thinking.As a learning rule,it reveals the situation of learning and development,and has the same advantages with the concept of"learning"put forward by UNESCO.As a principle of learning,we should actively and fully utilize the learning habits of intellectuals to promote the relationship between wisdom and psychology.At the same time,it reveals that education should be a kind of behavior to guide learning activities,both learning and educational thinking.School culture is the external performance of the school’s overall strength.It is generally believed that it contains four aspects:spiritual culture,material culture,institutional culture,and behavioral culture.For schools,the construction of school culture cannot be accomplished overnight.Even if we learn from or refer to other excellent cultures,we cannot use it directly and use it for me.The truly outstanding school culture needs and the local excellent and characteristic Cultural integration and internalization can achieve sustainable development.A positive,positive and optimistic school culture is the driving force for the sustainable development of the school and is the most important cornerstone of an outstanding school.Youxi County is the birthplace of Zhu Xi,a famous science scientist and educator of the Southern Song Dynasty.It was the first;"Millennium Ancient County"named by the UN Group of Geographical Name Experts in Fujian Province.It has a long history and profound cultural heritage.Dongcheng center primary school is located in Youxi County,East New Town Center area,adjacent to the Youxi county government building the family theme park in the"Ziyang Park"and"Ziyang Lake",the school rely on regional advantages,by Dongfeng County"Zhu Xi cultural city"construction,relying on Zhu Xi’s"primary school"education and construction of school culture,try to Zhu Xi constantly tap the"primary school"education thought connotation,the"primary school" education theory into the construction of school culture,school culture construction and established brand characteristics to "ask the source"as the theme,promote the development of education.Primary school culture is an important part of quality education.In the process of influencing and promoting the all-round and coordinated development of students,school culture has irreplaceable functions of other cultures.The domestic scholars have made little progress in the study of cultural construction in primary and secondary schools,and most of them are limited to the theoretical level.In particular,there are few achievements in the study of Zhu Xi’s"primary school" culture in Fujian Province,and there is no specific guiding article.This paper mainly studies the Youxi province Fujian County Dongcheng center primary school on Zhu Xi"primary school"education and construction practice of school culture,and in-depth analysis,trying to fill the weak link of school culture construction theory,enrich the school culture research theory,based on basic theory of Zhu Xi’s"primary school" Education,which can provide reference for other similar construction of school culture,hoping to draw attention to the basic education management of school cultural construction,promote the school management to explore the effective integration of regional culture and school culture construction in government attaches great importance to the construction of primary school culture put forward positive suggestions and make a modest contribution. |
