With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people put forward higher requirements for education,hoping to accept high-quality education that is in line with international standards.As the"leader of international education",the International Baccalaureate(IB)Programs have attracted more and more attention from schools and parents.Taking the Localization Practice of the Primary Years Programme(PYP)of the International Baccalaureate(IB)as the main research content,this thesis mainly uses questionnaires,interviews,participatory observation and other research methods to investigate the implementation of the International Baccalaureate Programs BGY school.The results show that parents and students are satisfied with the Primary Years Programme(PYP),but many teachers are not satisfied with the teaching of their own PYP courses.In the Localization Practice of PYP,there are some problems:not ideal integration of inquiry unit curriculum and subject curriculum,lacking of teachers'professional quality and ability,lacking of opportunities for teacher training and poor effect,lacking of teaching resources,poor communication and cooperation among teachers.To solve these problems,the researcher put forward the following suggestions:promoting the knowledge classification in order to integrate UOI courses and subject courses;improving the construction of curriculum resources to access to teaching resources conveniently;carrying out the implementation of personalized training,for promoting teachers'professional development;improving the management system to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the teachers and suggestions.
