| With the rapid development of modern information technology,information-based teaching has become has become an inevitable trend in the information society.In this context,today’s society puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ literacy.High school geography teacher TPACK is a knowledge form that integrates subject content knowledge,pedagogical knowledge and technical knowledge.Teachers’ knowledge has become a new knowledge quality that teachers should possess in the information age.The ability of geography teachers to integrate subject knowledge,technical knowledge and pedagogical knowledge is not only related to teachers’ personal career development,but also to students’ learning.Therefore,it is very important to improve the TPACK level of geography teachers.This paper combs the relevant literature of TPACK at home and abroad by literature research method.Found that the current domestic and foreign scholars on the TPACK research trend,and then summarize the basic theory frame of this paper.Taking Linyi City as an example,this paper investigates the status quo of TPACK of senior high school geography teachers from the perspective of quantitative research,in order to get the average level of TPACK of senior high school geography teachers in Linyi City.Using the method of observation,this paper observes the classroom teaching situation of novice teachers and skilled teachers from the perspective of qualitative research,in order to compare the differences between novice teachers and skilled teachers at the level of TPACK.The experimental method was used to verify the effect of improving teachers’ TPACK level,and to provide the basis for improving teachers’ TPACK level.After in-depth investigation and research,I concluded through questionnaire research and observation research: Linyi high school geography teachers’ TPACK is in the middle level as a whole;there are differences in the TPACK level of geography teachers under different population background;the TPACK level of experienced teachers is higher than that ofnovice teachers.The main reasons lie in the lack of technical knowledge of geography teachers,the weak awareness of applying technology in geography teaching,the lack of corresponding technical resources in schools,and the lack of educational technology training for geography teachers.Based on the results of the present study,I further put forward the development strategies to improve the level of TPACK for geography teachers: in terms of teachers themselves,it is necessary to update the teaching concept and internalize the standard of TPACK;strengthen the study of information technology;and strengthen the practice of geography teaching based on TPACK.From the school point of view,we need to speed up the construction of school informatization,build a resource environment conducive to the development of geography teachers,and strengthen the skills training of geography teachers.In order to confirm the necessity of improving the TPACK level of high school geography teachers,this paper finds that improving the TPACK level of geography teachers has a significant positive effect on geography teaching,and then provides relevant reference for the development of high school geography teachers’ TPACK level. |
