TPACK is a new knowledge framework of teachers in the information age. It covers the subject content knowledge, the pedagogy knowledge and the technology knowledge as three basic elements. There’s no doubt that it can be a qualified knowledge and competency standard of teachers in the information age. From the perspective of the TPACK to improve teachers’ TPACK ability earnestly is an effective way to innovate teacher training methods, promote deeply integration of information technology and curriculum and accelerate the process of education informatization. But nowadays, teachers’ TPACK training research in China mainly has two problems. On the one hand, there are some researchers who simply use foreign existing strategy or model ignoring the specific situation, on the other hand there are more theoretical views and few empirical studies can be used for implementation reference. So this article tries to design a teachers’ TPACK training strategy in a specific research situation which can both conform to the actual demand and provide reference for the implementation.This article took Qianjiang City as the research object. At the early stage of the study, the author took questionnaire and interview two ways for field investigation to understand the present situation of teachers’ TPACK ability in Qianjiang City. The results showed that there are some problems in this respect, such as little knowledge about the concept of TPACK, low technical operation ability, low technical application level and so on. To solve these problems, the research put forward a three-step training strategy, which concluded the lead concepts, the practice experience and the deep reflections. This strategy was based on the breakthrough of "TK"(technology knowledge). Then instantiation was made for each link of the training strategy. The research designed and constructed the related training materials and resources, took twenty English subject teachers as the training objects and took electronic whiteboard as learning content of "the practice experience" link. At last, the implementation results of the train was validated through the contrast of the questionnaire before and after.The experimental results showed that the three-step training strategy is helpful to improve the quality of teachers’ TPACK knowledge and ability. TPACK could provide substantial guidance and help for teachers in specific classroom teaching and deepen the teachers’ rational knowledge on the part of technology integration. So teachers could completely realize "understand technology, operate technology and use technology". In a word, the three-step TPACK training strategy which is based on the breakthrough of "TK"(technology knowledge) has enriched the training ways and methods to improve teachers’ integration ability of the information technology and curriculum.
