In the context of fierce global economic development and competition,in order to improve international competitiveness and improve the level of scientific and technological development and application,all countries have mentioned the development of vocational education at the national level.In the process of developing and reforming innovative vocational education,the traditional apprenticeship system has been given new ideas and new meanings of modern vocational education,and has re-emerged with a new light,becoming a new talent training model-modern apprenticeship.Australia,the United Kingdom,Germany and other countries are typical representatives of the modern apprenticeship implementation of more successful countries.Through the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,the employment situation in these countries is developing well,the professional quality of laborers is continuously improving,and the national economy continues to develop.This reflects the important role of modern apprenticeship as a talent training model for vocational education.Since 2014,China has implemented the pilot program of modern apprenticeship,and the Ministry of Education has announced three batches of pilot units.In 2018,it was the first batch of apprenticeship pilots to “summarize the experience of modern apprenticeship pilots”.How to promote the advanced successful experience of the modern apprenticeship pilot and solve the problems and difficulties encountered has become the subject of the times facing vocational education in China.To this end,it is a desirable method to learn from the practices and experiences of modern apprenticeships in developed countries and to build a modern apprenticeship model suitable for China's economic development in light of China's national conditions.This paper studies the modern apprenticeship system in Australia and the United Kingdom,expounds the measures and methods of modern apprenticeship in the two countries,compares the similarities and differences between the modern apprenticeships of the two countries,and refines the experiences and practices that can be learned from the modern apprenticeship system in China.This paper starts with the necessity of implementing modern apprenticeship in China,expounds the relevant theoretical basis of vocational education and apprenticeship,and analyzes the connotation and value of modern apprenticeship.Then it introduces the development process of apprenticeship system in Australia and Britain,and analyzes the dynamic factors of apprenticeship development.Then it introduces the modernization of Australia and Britain from the aspects of laws and regulations,qualification framework,training guarantee system and quality assurance measures of teaching implementation.The overall situation of the apprenticeship,and analyze the similarities and differences between them.On this basis,it summarizes some problems in the modern apprenticeship pilot in China,and puts forward some inspirations for improving and developing modern apprenticeship.
