Research On Basketball Competition Management Of College Students In Henan Province

School sports competition is an important part of school sports.On December 23,2006,the Ministry of Education,the State Sports General Administration and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League jointly issued the "Decision on Launching the National Sunshine Sports for Hundreds of Million Students." In 2007,the Henan Provincial Department of Education promulgated the "Notice on the development of "Sunshine" sports activities for college students" and "Notice on the in-depth development of college students "Huaguang" sports activities in the province's higher education institutions,among which "Huaguang" basketball competition was deeply The majority of teachers and students love.In 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health.The opinion pointed out that "in the future period,school sports work should adhere to the basic principles of group activities and sports competitions.For all students,extensive popular sports,orderly after-school training and sports competitions,and actively cultivate sports reserve talents.Vigorously build a campus sports culture and comprehensively improve students' sports literacy." Under the guidance of these policies,the development of Henan's student basketball events has entered a new stage.In order to improve the management level of college basketball competition in Henan Province,this study uses the literature method,expert interview method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to manage the operation mode and operation mechanism of Henan college basketball game("Huaguang Cup").Conduct a survey and study and draw the following conclusions:1.Under the leadership of the Henan Provincial Department of Education,under the meticulous organization of the Henan University Basketball Association,the Henan University Basketball Competition has become a brand event for college students in Henan Province.The competition is a typical government-society-integrated management system,and the event has formed a sound and complete functional organization.2.The competition created a competition system between the tournament and the home and away games,and established a perfect competition process to make the competition more exciting.The comprehensive security system,including accommodation and food service,event reception,medical and health care,venue facilities and safety,provides comprehensive protection for the competition.Its management mode and operational mechanism can also provide useful lessons for other students in Henan Province.3.The effective involvement of social forces and professional promotion companies has become one of the sources of competition funds and has expanded the influence of the competition.4.The government's support is small,the level of competition needs to be improved,and some media publicity effects are not good,which restricts the sponsorship of sponsors.5.Although the Henan college basketball game has a sound organization in various departments,there are still many shortcomings in the specific implementation,and there is a lack of institutionalized management norms.The coaches and referees did not establish a sound training and management system.
