Research On The Factors Affecting The Decision-Making Of The Children Of Agricultural Transfer Population

With the development of agricultural migrant population to urban migration,the migration mode of agricultural migrant population has changed from "single migration"in the past to "family migration" with wife and children.In the process of migration mode transformation,whether or not to bring children with them has become an important decision for the migration of agricultural migrant population.The children of the migrant agricultural population moving with them is an important link that cannot be neglected in the process of promoting the new urbanization.The citizenization of the migrant agricultural population and their children is an important force in the process of promoting the new urbanization.So this article analyses the agricultural population transfer whether carrying children trailing behavior,watched children trailing agricultural transfer of population status at present stage,and analyze what factors affect agricultural transfer of population children trailing,discover the inner mechanism of the agricultural transfer of population children trailing decision-making behavior,puts forward relevant policy recommendations,and promote the urbanization of agricultural transfer of population and their children.The author selected 52,968 data samples from the mobile population monitoring database of the national health and reform commission in 2016 to conduct an in-depth discussion on the influencing factors of the decision of children accompanying their families.Firstly,based on the push-pull theory and the theory of bounded rational decision making,this paper proposes the hypothesis of influencing factors for the decision of children's accompanying migration,and constructs an analysis model of influencing factors for the decision of children's accompanying migration of agricultural migrant population from four dimensions of family situation,employment characteristics,mobility characteristics and willingness to stay in the city.Secondly,SPSS24.0 software was used as the technical tool in this paper.The statistical function of "frequency,description and cross table" was used to make intuitive and clear descriptive statistics.The hypothesis of influencing factors of the decision of children's moving with their parents was verified by the disordered multi-classification Logistic regression analysis method,and the results of the model were discussed and analyzed.The results show that the factors influencing the decision of the children accompanying the agricultural migrant population are multifaceted and complex.This article from the perspective of promoting agricultural transfer of population urbanization and family function Angle put forward relevant policy recommendations,the government level needs to focus on five aspects:improve the employment security system,ensuring the trailing children education fairness,establishing agricultural population resettlement housing security system,improve the system of medical insurance cohesion,promote agricultural transfer of population,economic level;At the individual level,we should pay attention to two aspects:human capital accumulation and social capital accumulation.
