Establishment Of College Style Evaluation System And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

General Secretary Xi in the Report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China offered to "accelerate the construction of first-class universities and first-class discipline,to achieve higher education connotation development".The present situation of our country’s higher education is that the scale of higher education and the annual graduation number has the highest in the world,but not with the quality and efficiency of growth,scale expansion,therefore,connotative development road is the only way for the development of higher education in our country.Higher education go connotative development way,a good style of study is an important part of the connotative development of colleges and universities,therefore in the construction of academic discipline in colleges and universities to develop more and more important.In this paper,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of building the appraisal model of academic discipline,to the A university as an example to evaluate research,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the influence factors,research the countermeasures to solve the problem of academic discipline.This study enriched and expanded the academic discipline evaluation related theory,has a certain degree of theoretical and practical significance.Based on the style of study evaluation as the core content.First of all,combined with relevant literature in the college construction of study style,study style and the connotation of style of study evaluation.Second,according to the style of study to evaluate the literature sorting,induction,and combined with the research idea of this article,identified by the ideological and moral,learning,practice innovation of three level indicators of evaluation index system of style of study.Use,Delphi method,combined with expert advice,determined the secondary and tertiary indicators,constructs the evaluation index system of the complete style.Through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the weights of evaluation indexes is determined.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model built academic discipline.Third,in the A university as an example,carries on the empirical research,aimed at college students study evaluation questionnaire,recycling questionnaire and the data were finishing,through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of academic discipline status,find out the influence study evaluation score index,namely,the problems existing in the construction of academic discipline.Fourth,analysis the influence factors of academic discipline.This article from the school,teachers,students,family and social style influencing factors analyzed in five aspects,construction of study style influence factor index system and design the questionnaire.According to the questionnaire data analysis of SPSS,to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,then the correlationanalysis and regression analysis,it is concluded that the style of study to the importance of the factors that affect.Finally,based on the problems existing in the course of study,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the construction of academic discipline.This article is based on the A University as a case study analysis,proposes the countermeasure aiming at the existing problem of the school style of study evaluation,study evaluation model is applied to evaluate all of the academic discipline,and other academic discipline evaluation can use this model,based on their scores of the targeted find the problem.
