As human society enters the era of knowledge economy from the era of industrial economy,the technology brought by knowledge has penetrated into all aspects of our production and life.Whether between countries and between enterprises,the contest of science and technology is the focus of competition.Therefore,high-tech enterprises with strong core competitiveness,high added value and high-tech content have become the leading force in the sustainable development of the world economy today.At present,as the country promotes regional development and builds a business environment,high-tech enterprises have formed regional coordinated development.Therefore,building a good Regional Science and Technology Environment and giving full play to the initiative and creativity of people in the market competition is an important part of enhancing the competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and improving their performance.Through combing and analyzing the relevant literature,this paper believes that the human capital owned by the enterprise can improve the performance of the enterprise,but the subjective creativity of the human being will be affected by the external environment,which will affect the effect of human capital on the performance of the enterprise.When the relationship between capital and business performance is concerned,the impact of the Regional Science and Technology Environment needs to be considered.Therefore,the author first conducts theoretical analysis,based on human capital theory,regional superiority theory and enterprise capability theory,takes the regional science and technology environment as a regulatory variable,analyzes the impact of human capital and corporate performance,and discusses the regulatory effects of the regional science and technology environment,and then Conduct an empirical study to verify your assumptions.This thesis is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction part of the article.By describing the research background of this paper,the research significance of this paper is introduced.The second part is a review of the mainstream views of human capital and high-tech enterprise performance in the past academic circles at home and abroad.The third part is to define the connotation and structure of human capital and enterprise performance in detail.In this part,we first determine the three concepts of human capital,regional technology environment and enterprise performance,and then analyze the characteristics of human capital inclusion.At the end of this part,we introduce the theory based on this paper.Based on the previous relevant background and theory,the five hypotheses of this paper are formally presented in the fourth part of the article,followed by the empirical test of the fifth part,which includes sample selection and data sources,definition variables and construction.The model,collating the data recovered by the questionnaire,and finally verifying the hypothesis proposed by empirical test.The sixth part is the conclusion and policy suggestion.The five parts of the previous article use the theory and the empirical evidence to verify the hypothesis of this paper.Therefore,in this part,the conclusion of the research can be drawn,and the high-tech enterprises can improve the efficiency and adaptability of human capital management.The regional science and technology environment changes,the government put forward some suggestions on strengthening the protection of talents and the construction of regional environment.The end of the article puts forward the prospects for the future research of human capital.I hope this article can bring some contribution to theory or practice.In the empirical test of this paper,the questionnaire was used to obtain the data.When the data was collected,200 questionnaires were distributed.The number of questionnaires valid after the collection was 160,and the effective questionnaire rate was 80%.After collecting relevant data through questionnaires,the author mainly used SPSS statistical software and AMOS software for data processing,combined with reliability and validity,descriptive statistics,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis for data analysis,and used structural equation model for adjustment effect analysis.After theoretical analysis and empirical test,this study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Tests the measurement dimension of human capital: knowledge and experience,skills and abilities,attitudes;Measurement dimensions of regional science and technology environment: regional science and technology policy,regional science and technology infrastructure,and regional science and technology talent cultivation environment;Measurement dimensions of enterprise performance: financial performance,growth performance and innovation performance.(2)human capital is positively correlated with corporate performance;The three dimensions of human capital(knowledge and experience,skill and ability,and attitude)are positively correlated with corporate finance,growth,and innovation performance.(3)regional science and technology environment have a regulating effect on the relationship between human capital and enterprise performance.Therefore,enterprises and governments should attach importance to the development and management of human capital,and at the same time,strengthen the construction of regional science and technology environment,so as to improve the performance of enterprises.
