In recent years,the health problems of children have aroused great concern in society.As an important part of children’s sports activities,children’s basketball activities can not only improve their physical quality,but also cultivate children’s good qualities,such as trust,unity,struggle,cooperation and so on,which is of great significance to the comprehensive development of children.Therefore,developing children’s basketball sports activities in kindergartens has been paid more and more attention and favor by preschool educators.Based on this phenomenon,this study featured a basketball-specific kindergarten,Jinzhou L District S Kindergarten as the research object,through in-depth discussion and analysis of the specific practices of the case kindergarten children’s basketball sports activities,summed up excellent development experience,And propose a feasible optimization strategy for the existing problems.This study used literature,interviews,observations,and questionnaires to obtain research data.After investigation and research,it is found that the case kindergarten has formed certain characteristics in the process of the development of children’s basketball sports activities,mainly:Clearly set the goal of "children’s standard";The activity content is combined with five major areas and games;The organization of activities is diversified and interesting;Diversification of activity evaluation subjects and methods;The teaching methods under the special teaching and research are flexible;Carry out regular parent-child basketball sports activities.In addition,there are some shortcomings in the development of L-S kindergarten children’s basketball sports activities,including: lack of deep-seated considerations for determining target sources;lack of deep thinking on the selection of activities;lack of venues for activities;lack of scientific evaluation system for activities.Further research found that the reasons for the problems in the development of children’s basketball activities are mainly concentrated in the two aspects of kindergarten management and teachers themselves.Kindergarten management level: Kindergarten lacks relevant training for activities;kindergarten lacks relevant financial support.The level of preschool teachers: lack of ability leads to a one-sided understanding of activities;lack of theoretical knowledge about the practice of children’s basketball activities.In view of the above problems,the author proposes an optimization strategy from the kindergarten management level and the kindergarten teacher level.Kindergarten managementlevel: increase the relevant training of activities,provide financial support;rationally use time resources,appropriately expand the venue;improve the activity evaluation system and strengthen the scientific nature of the activities;preschool teachers: improve the quality of kindergarten teachers,clarify the source of activities;The source of the activity content enhances the level of practice theory of preschool teachers.This study aims to promote the efficient development of children’s basketball sports activities,enrich the content of children’s sports activities,and effectively improve children’s physical quality.Strive to provide some reference for the organization and practice of other kindergarten children’s basketball sports activities. |
