This paper,taking jiangsu province women's long group bike 10 18 and 22 athletes as the research object,to 10 players are divided into two groups,the use of traditional bicycle training method and power car training method for three months of winter training,using power car,SUUNTO T6 c heart rate table cardiopulmonary function,YSI1500 blood lactic acid tester,tester testing instrument for athletes such as indicators.The purpose is to explore the effect of power bicycle training method on the improvement of aerobic endurance of bicycle athletes.The study in this paper can enrich the means of aerobic endurance training of bicycle athletes,improve the efficiency of training,and effectively improve the competitive ability of bicycle athletes.By comparing the blood lactic acid content,maximum oxygen uptake,cycling speed,heart rate,anaerobic threshold and other indicators of the two groups of athletes before and after the experiment,the improvement effect of the power car on the aerobic endurance of cyclists was explored,and the following results were obtained:(1)the maximal oxygen uptake of cyclists in the experimental group increased from 53.6 ml / kg · min to 53.6 ml / kg / min from the average intake of49.2ml/kg/min before the experiment,which was 8.9% higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The average maximal oxygen uptake of the athletes in the control group was 51.4 ml / kg ·min,an increase of only 5.1%,which was worse than the training effect of the power vehicle.It can be seen that the power car helps cyclists to improve the maximum oxygen uptake than the traditional bicycle training method.(2)from the maximal oxygen uptake,the 255.3m/min of the experimental group increased to 259.1 m / min,the rate of increase was 1.5%,and that of the control group increased from 257.2 m / min to 257.2 m / min(0.9%).From the experimental results,it can be seen that there is little difference between the traditional bicycle training method and the power vehicle training method in training athletes' ability to ride at the maximum oxygen uptake,which is because this index not only requiresaerobic capacity,There are also high requirements for muscle strength and endurance.(3)Blood lactic acid test was divided into three stages.In the first stage,the blood lactic acid content in the experimental group decreased 2.26 before the experiment,1.99 after the experiment,1.20 in the control group and 1.45 after the experiment.In the second stage,the content of blood lactic acid decreased 2.82,2.96,2.70 and 2.94 respectively before and after the experiment in the experimental group,and the control group decreased 2.70 before the experiment and 2.94 after the experiment.In the third stage,the experimental group decreased 1.75 before the experiment,2.56 after the experiment,2.23 before the experiment in the control group and 2.44 after the experiment..From the data results,it can be concluded that the training method of power vehicle is helpful to the improvement of athletes' lactic acid tolerance.(4)the anaerobic threshold of heart rate in the experimental group increased from179.2 W before the experiment to 213.5 W after the experiment,and the increase rate was 19.1%.Although the control group increased from 182.1 W before the experiment to 205.9 W after the experiment,the growth rate was 13.0%.It can be seen from the comparison of data that the effect of power train training on heart rate anaerobic threshold of athletes is higher than that of traditional bicycle training method.After the experiment,the cycling performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group as a whole.
