Purpose: By finding the characteristics of EEG changes before and after YangShengZhuJiGong practice in sad mood, this paper discusses the effect of YangShengZhuJiGong on the central nervous system of college students,so as to broaden the research field of YangShengZhuJiGong, more comprehensively discuss the effect of YangShengZhuJiGong, and make contributions to the promotion of YangShengZhuJiGong.Method: 17 male college students majoring in sports health at Chinese martial arts college of Beijing sport university were selected to watch sad movies to induce sadness, and then they practiced YangShengZhuJiGong immediately under the sad state. At the same time,Z2N-F-20-C model EEG amplification box was used to record the EEG indexes of subjects in the state of silence before practice, sadness, during practice, immediately after practice, and in the state of silence after practice, and the results were compared statistically.Results:1.In the quiet state,in the sad state,in the immediate state after training, and in the quiet state after training,δwaves and θwaves(slow waves)showed a trend of being stationary, significantly decreasing, and significantly increasing.αwaves showed a trend of significant decrease, significant increase and continued increase.βwaves showed a trend of significant increase-small decrease-large decrease.2.Compared with the quiet state before exercise, the slow waves in the immediate state after exercise decreased significantly in the frontal region and the left temporal region(P<0.05).αwaves were significantly increased in frontal area, right temporal area and right occipital area(P<0.05).βwaves were significantly increased in frontal, right temporal, and left parietal regions(P<0.05).3.Compared with the quiet state before exercise, the slow wave in the quiet state after exercise were significantly increased in the frontal area, the right temporal area and the top area(P<0.05).αwaves were significantly increased in frontal area, left temporal area and left central area(P<0.05),and significantly decreased in occipital area(P<0.05).βwaves were significantly decreased in the left temporal and left occipital regions(P<0.05).4.Compared with the sad state, the slow waves in the immediate state after exercise was significantly decreased in the frontal region and the left temporal region(P<0.05).αwaves were significantly increased in the right frontal, right temporal, and right parietal regions(P<0.05).βwaves were significantly decreased in the right frontal area, right temporal area and central area(P<0.05).5.In the process of training, the slow waves showed a trend of continuous decline, and drops to a minimum in the eighth formula. The α waves showed a continuous upward trend and reached its peak in the eighth equation. The β waves first decreases, then decreases to a minimum in the third equation, and then presents a rising trend, but the eighth equation is significantly less than the first equation and greater than third equation(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.YangShengZhuJiGong can effectively regulate the functional state of the central nervous system of college students, which is a self-exercise method suitable for college students to improve the functional state of the central nervous system;2.Practice YangShengZhuJiGong can effectively improve the synchronization level of cerebral cortex nerve cells, eliminate sadness and achieve the purpose of relaxing the brain;3.Practice YangShengZhuJiGong can coordinate the working level of nerve cells in both hemispheres of the brain and improve the efficiency of the brain inprocessing external information.Suggestion: 1.It is suggested to promote YangShengZhuJiGong in colleges and universities;2.Different experimental subjects and intervention time can be set in subsequent studies to more comprehensively discuss the efficacy and practice prescription of YangShengZhuJiGong.
