Research On The Countermeasures Of Perfecting Supervision Of Labor Dispatching Organizations In Fengtai District Of Beijing

Since the reform and opening up,the market economy has developed rapidly,and the labor dispatch tools have the characteristics of flexibility and diversity.They not only provide diversified employment choices for many labors,but also reduce the labor management costs of enterprises and become an important labor force in the labor market.the way.The labor dispatch agency plays the role of connecting the dispatching staff and the employer.The supervision of the labor dispatch agency is an important task of the human resources and social security departments.The supervision work of labor dispatch agencies mainly includes market access supervision of labor dispatch agencies,annual review of labor dispatch agencies,and penalties for violations of labor dispatch agencies.This study takes Fengtai District of Beijing as an example to study the supervision of labor dispatch agencies in Fengtai District.Through on-the-spot investigation,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of supervision of labor dispatch agencies in Fengtai District,the problems of supervision of labor dispatch agencies in Fengtai District are analyzed,mainly including: insufficient number of supervisors,low market access threshold for labor dispatch agencies,and withdrawal of labor dispatch agencies.The regulations are not clear,the annual review of labor dispatch agencies is not strict,and the enforcement of penalties for violations of laws and regulations is difficult.By drawing on the advanced experience at home and abroad,combined with the actual problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the supervision of labor dispatch agencies in Fengtai District: one is to expand the number of supervisors of labor dispatch agencies in Fengtai District;the other is to improve the registration conditions such as the registered funds of labor dispatch agencies.The third is to enforce the rules for the withdrawal of labor dispatch agencies from the market,and to strictly withdraw the conditions for labor dispatch agencies;the fourth is to strengthen the annual review of labor dispatch agencies;the fifth is to increase the punishment for illegal activities of labor dispatch agencies.Strength.These measures will actively promote the healthy development of labor dispatch agencies in Fengtai District,and provide reference and help for the supervision of labor dispatch agencies in other regions.
