Modern Country must be country under the rule of law,a country that moving towards to modernization and legalization.In the progress of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party,the education of legal system on junior high school students already been put to the national education system and along with it,let them establish the consciousness on the law,defending the law's dignity,carry out the legal authority on the law,strengthen the concept on the law,improving the ability on practice is the requirement on this era and the essential character,this junior high school student needs to cultivate abide the law on their own initiative,finding a way to solve when something comes up,using the habit on thinking and action as a way to solving the problems,this is an important way on how to deeply grasp the values on the core of socialism,simultaneously to carry out all-round education policy on the Party,helping the junior high school student healthily grown up,developing in an all-round way,training the socialism qualification on the citizen as the main objective.The total of the thesis is included preface and three big parts.The Introduction introduced the background on choosing the paper's topic and the value of this research,the related present situation on the legal system on education and accepting the research theory both domestic and international,the way of thinking and method on the research,key,difficult points and innovation.The first part is the summary related to the problem accepting on junior high school student's law education including the delimit on the related concept,basic features,the common process and method,the accepting process and concept on refining junior high school's law education.The acceptance system of rule of law education has something in common with moral acceptance,moral acceptance,legal acceptance and moral acceptance,which can be used for reference and related to each other.However,acceptance of rule of law education for junior high school students also has its own basic characteristics and general process.The second part is the deeper research on the junior high school students accepting education law's necessity,the thesis method research using investigation by questionnaire and one-on-one interview,emphasizing these four fields can find the problem on the process of accepting education law that exist within junior high school students.First,the cognitive level.This paper investigates the junior middle school students opinions on the corresponding legal knowledge,the role of understanding the law,the purpose of paying attention to legal knowledge,the conscious consciousness of abiding by the law and the dilemma of morality.Second,the emotional level.To investigate the emotional reactions of junior high school students to social irregularities,public morality,bad behavior and moral behavior.Thirdly,the behavioral level.To investigate the legal reactions of junior high school students to three kinds of bad behaviors,namely,no home at night,playing games in Internet cafes,listening to yellow audio-visual products and reading materials.Fourth,the status quo.This paper investigates three aspects of junior high school students current learning attitude,the form of receiving legal education and the way to obtain law.Combining the factor on finding obstruction's real condition and survey result,pointing out the real value.The third part penetrating the problem from angle point “Accepting Theory”,from the education law's structure accepting theory process make up the key element on accepting main part,conductor,environment,accepting the ways and means,these four aspect analyze the tactics on junior high school students accepting education law problem.It includes respecting and adhering to the central position of the recipient,improving and renewing the teaching accomplishment of the transmitter,creating and creating an effective acceptance environment,and transforming and innovating the acceptance mode of rule of law knowledge.In it there is the main part of accepting aspect on retrieving back the questionnaire,from the junior high school cognitive,affection,behavior,these three aspect launching the narration,that is to say,to remove the cognitive obstacles of the rule of law among junior high school students,to increase the emotional cultivation of the rule of law and to improve their ability to live under the rule of law.Other four aspects are served as the tactics according the thesis describing hindrance factor and the problems on “Present Situation” of the junior high school students accepting law education.The most valuable innovation of this study is to propose five ways ofaccepting junior high school students' knowledge of rule of law,including deep excavation of rights protection events closely related to junior high school students,vigorous publicity of constitutional knowledge,application of clinical teaching methods,establishment of school rule of law Wechat Group,and development of12348 campus rule of Law Network platform.This study is based on practical research,from theory to practice,and then from practice to practice.Put forward operational strategies for educators serving the front line,rather than stay at the obscure theoretical level.The goal of this research is to learn from “Accepting Theory”,improving the efficacy on law education for junior high school student,strengthen the society,school,the interest and attention from family or others group on junior high school student's law education,to carry the number seventh on the five years period of the law education on propaganda and develop the accepting theory on education system.Through the study of the rule of law education for junior high school students,we know that the academic research of the rule of law education is endless,and the study of the special group of junior high school students is more valuable.To understand the acceptance of the rule of law education for junior high school students more systematically,we still need to overcome the difficulties and explore the acceptance law,acceptance mechanism and acceptance principle of the rule of law education for junior high school students.The problem on junior high school students accepting the law education is on the proposition of era and humanities value.The level of accepting the law education on forming law system of China as socialism special country,strengthen the path for China's Socialism Law,building the basic roles on China's Socialism Law.
