The cases of Yao Jiaxin, not only caused very high social attention, but also arouse the deep thinking of our national education. Why a person accessed higher education could disregard life like this, it indicated that our universally social environment and the education system all had the defects.From a certain perspective of ideological and moral education, this paper will have a discussion about Life Education in Junior High School. The content covers two parts, theoretical researches and practice researches. In the introductory theory, the theoretical researches were overviewed from four parts, significance of research, research situation, research method and main innovative points. Next, I studied the connotation, the matter, and the status at home and abroad of Life Education. Besides, I also did some theoretical researches, for detailed analysis, about the value of Life Education in the Moral Education class. The practice researches were split into the questionnaire survey, and the practice in the Moral Education class of Junior High School, about Life Education. This study was conducted a questionnaire survey about Life Education between two school in Xiangcheng District in Suzhou. This research used two grades as comparison, and analyzed each of the content. This would be referred in the teaching practice in future. And I could have Life Education in Moral Education with a purpose. In the teaching practice, I mainly explored from three aspects. First was classroom teaching research. Second was to make the best of their out-of-class time in many ways. Finally was to carry out a practice activity about Life Education.
