With the rapid development of Shanghai's social economy,young parents in Shanghai are busy pursuing careers and have to reduce the time to raise their children,which makes intergenerational rearing an inevitable choice for many families.Under the guidance of the concept of Active Aging and the thought of Lifelong Learning,we should change the old idea of negative and one-sided view of the phenomenon of intergenerational care,and regard the elderly as an important and realistic force that can be expected and shaped in the upbringing of children in family.In order to promote family harmony,social progress and respond to the learning needs of old people raising sun,this paper focus on the cradle phenomenon in the life world of the old age,grandchildren education courses requirements and its influencing factors,through interviews with six grandchildren raising old men the changes before and after,grandchildren raising daily life,grandchildren nurtures courses study and grandchildren nurtures courses learning needs such as content and form,understanding what grandchildren raising old people's thinking and learning needs,this paper presents a vivid picture of the life of the elderly and provides the decision reference for the elderly educators to set up the grandchildren education course.This paper mainly has five chapters.The second chapter shows the living world of the elderly in intergenerational rearing,including the changes and feelings of the elderly before and after retirement,the education concept of the elderly,the daily life with grandchildren,and the intergenerational conflicts.The third chapter mainly narrated the grandchildren nurtures old people's curriculum study story.The fourth chapter mainly presents the learning needs of the elderly raising grandchildren,including the willingness to learn grandchildren nurtures courses,the content of learning needs and the learning form of needs.Among them,the grandchildren education learning needs of the grandchildren raising elderly mainly include: scientific education concept,behavioral habit cultivation,learning habit cultivation,children's psychology,intergenerational communication,safetyknowledge,common disease medication and family role positioning.The requirements for the learning forms of grandchildren education courses: systematic face-to-face lectures,online self-study on mobile devices;biased learning or teaching methods are: case analysis,group discussion and so on.The fifth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of the elderly's learning intention,learning content and learning form from the two aspects of individual internal and external family,community and society.Among them,the individual's internal motivation is the fundamental factor for the generation of learning intention,and the generation of learning intention is the premise for the generation of learning content and learning form.These internal motivations generated by the three elements(learning intention,learning content and learning form)that affect learning needs include: cognitive needs,outlook on life,willingness to bring up grandchildren,and sense of self-efficacy.Family,community and society are the external factors that influence the generation of learning intention and play a role through internal factors.The last part of this paper—chapter six,aims at the conclusions drawn in the research,and puts forward reasonable and feasible suggestions with the five forces of government,school,community,society and family to build a harmonious intergenerational care model in order to promote the construction of learning city and the development of community education for the aged.
