Today,with the in-depth development of quality education,art education has attracted the attention and attention of people from all walks of life and has played an important role in students' own development.Middle school students do not have rich social experience,so in the process of growth and development they need to be guided by various factors to form a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Music education,art education and quality education are organic whole and play a positive role in improving students' personal quality and aesthetic ability.Through the research,we can find that although the music teaching reform is advancing continuously,there are still some problems affecting the quality of music education in many middle schools.Whether it is the allocation of school teaching resources,the reform of teachers' teaching methods or even the innovation of music teaching content,it does not meet the needs of students in the current secondary school stage or the trend of rapid social development.In view of this situation,teachers and schools should adhere to the standards of music teaching reform so as to better promote the long-term development of music education in secondary schools.The author was admitted as a special post teacher in Bayan County in 2015 and worked there for three years.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the current situationand development of music educationinBayanNo.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the background of the topic selection,the main purpose and significance of the research,and the main methods and contents of the research.The second chapter mainly analyzes the current basic situation of Bayan County's music education,and introduces Bayan County's geographical location,historical background and development history of music education.In the third chapter,a survey on the current situation of music teaching in Bayan No.4 Middle School was carried out,which mainly introduced the design process of the questionnaire and the statistics on the distribution and recovery.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed from the perspectives of teachers,schools,students and families.The fourth chapter studies the existing problems of music education in Bayan No.4 Middle School,and points out clearly that the local education department does not pay enough attentionto music education,the concept is backward,the cognition is deficient,the investment is insufficient,the hardware is obsolete,and the teachers are short.The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding solutions to the above-mentioned problems,and analyzes the reform ideas and future development trends of contemporary music education from various angles,providing reference for the development of middle school music education and decision-making reference for the government and education departments.
