Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of National Youth Sports Club In Harbin

Youth sports clubs are an important link in the construction of the public service system for teenagers.They are related to the physique of teenagers,lifelong sports awareness and reserve talents of competitive sports,as well as the sustainable development of China's sports cause and the improvement of the quality of the whole Chinese nation.The general administration of physical culture and sports of the People's Republic of China has established youth sports clubs,which are private non-enterprise social organizations providing sports services to young people nationwide by means of public welfare funds from the national sports lottery.At present,China's youth sports clubs in the number has begun to take shape,formed a certain social influence,but it is still in the primary stage of development,management chaos,the actual situation of operation is not optimistic.In order to promote the development of youth sports clubs in Harbin,this paper USES the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and case analysis to objectively analyze the basic situation,operation mode and management method of the 10 national youth sports clubs established in Harbin since 2000.1.the number of national youth sports clubs in Harbin is relatively small,among which nangang district and xiangfang district account for a large number.Among them,there are a large number of clubs relying on schools and sports schools,and a large proportion of the coaches are teachers and coaches,sports and social instructors.So far only half of the clubs are in normal operation,while the rest have been registered,cancelled or stopped operating.2.most of the national youth sports clubs in Harbin choose to open in their spare time and holidays,and the opening time is relatively short.The main projects are comprehensive clubs.The club's supporting funds are used for the purchase and maintenance of equipment.After long-term development,most of the club's funds are in short supply.There are two ways to operate the club,depending on the free opening of the school,and the other way is to charge a moderate membership fee.The clubs surveyed did not pay enough attention to publicity,relying mainly on word-of-mouth publicity.3.the management mode of Harbin national youth sports club is mainly director system and general manager system.Almost all of the managers are part-time employees,and most of them have a bachelor's degree.Most clubs have fewer activities,and many rules and regulations are non-existent and cannot be implemented.4.lilong youth and children badminton club has the advantages of complete infrastructure,perfect rules and regulations,clear division of staff and outstanding characteristics of club activities,which is worth learning from.5.weak market competitiveness,imperfect rules and regulations,unbalanced human resource structure,lack of capital sources,rigid operation mode and backward management mode are all the difficulties that Harbin national youth sports clubs are facing at present.
